Three well-appointed bedrooms make this home great for families and groups of friends. There is also an enclosed backyard with a covered patio and a propane grill, so you can surprise your friends with delicious grilled treats. Inside this air-conditioned retreat, the inviting living area offers a great spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your guests - kick back and relax on the large sectional and stream a favorite series on the smart TV with streaming capabilities. The house has high-speed WiFi, so you can stay connected and enjoy all your favorite movies and TV shows. The well-equipped kitchen has all major appliances so you can cook tasty meals for the whole crew. It also offers a small coffee station with a drip and Keurig coffee makers. The main bedroom features a smart TV and an en suite bathroom. From here, guests can access a sleeping nook with a crib and a changing table.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We liked that there was a TV in every room. The home is in a nice and safe area. It was a very welcoming home away from home. It’s centrally located not too far from the beach. Very clean and well maintained home. The property manager was professional, friendly, prompt in answering your requests or questions.
It accommodated us comfortably and enjoyed the privacy and own parking... (It beats staying at a hotel). We ran out of time and didn’t get to use the back yard grill, but it seemed like a nice and clean one.
The price was good. I would stay there again. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family. Overall it is a great home!

We had the best experience at this beautiful house. The nursery located inside the master closet was perfect for our needs. We also appreciated that there was a highchair, infant carrier and chaning table. We liked the convenience of the shampoo, conditioner and body soap in each bathroom, as well as having access to plenty of towels and wash rags. The beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage were a huge perk that we enjoyed as well. We would definitely rent this house again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It's looks even better in person. The beds were comfortable and of good quality. We didn't have a baby/toddler but the converted closet to a nursery is so cute. The decor of the home is simple yet elegant. We really enjoyed the grill (used it twice) and patio to have our morning coffee. We also enjoyed the rainfall shower in the master. The home provides quality glassware, silverware and appliances. Having a refrigerator in the garage was 10/10. We had more than enough space to keep our drinks cold. We also enjoyed being in the quiet neighborhood but close to stores, restaurants and the beach. We would definitely rent this home again.
