Upscale waterfront condo with large balcony, elevator for easy access to 3rd floor.
Covered parking for 1st car.
3 bedrooms, master w/ king size bed & oversized bathroom.
2nd bedroom has queen size bed with its own full bath, 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds that connects to a 3rd full bath. Magnificent views from living room, dining room and master bedroom. Pool with lounge chairs. Dock for fishing. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. 2 miles to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
The space
There is access to a beautiful pool with deck, lounge chairs and tables. A bathroom by the pool. A grassy play area by the water. Access for kayaks and paddle boards of your own.
Any that are onsite are not for guest use.
Other things to note
There are many owners of this condo that do not rent. Please respect their privacy and their home.
Outside clean up when using the pool area is expected, and all over the property grounds.

It was an enjoyable stay. Very clean and everything we needed for an enjoyable wedding weekend. We could not have asked for a better host.

Our stay was perfect. Looking forward to staying again since the unit is on the same floor as our elderly parents. It was so convenient for Thanksgiving. Colleen and Paul are great to deal with.

I recently stayed at this condo and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The owners were fantastic about communicating all of the necessary information prior to my arrival, which made the check-in process seamless.
The condo itself was extremely clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The proximity to the beach and the restaurants was a huge plus. My family and I enjoyed watching the fireworks from the balcony on the 4th .
Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. The owners were great about communication and the cleanliness of the condo was top-notch. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
