Welcome to our spacious vacation home in Navarre, Florida, where comfort meets convenience. Our open-concept living, kitchen, and dining space is perfect for gathering everyone together. The dining table comfortably seats six, and an additional four barstools are provided at the kitchen island, ensuring ample space for everyone.
Step outside to the private, fully fenced backyard where the kids can play freely. Relax on the cushioned patio furniture and soak up the Florida sun, or enjoy an alfresco meal with your loved ones.
Our kitchen is a cook's dream, fully stocked with all the amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal. From a blender to a rice cooker and a slow cooker, we've got you covered. There's also a convenient half bathroom located downstairs for easy access.
Upstairs, you'll find the master suite complete with a private bathroom, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The other three bedrooms and a bathroom are also located upstairs, providing ample space and privacy for all guests. For your convenience, the laundry room is also situated upstairs.
Don't forget to grab a beach towel before heading out for a day by the sea! They're conveniently stacked on the laundry room shelf or stored in the downstairs bathroom cabinet.

The HOA in this neighborhood:
1. Prohibits commercial vehicles or trailers of any kind
2. Does not allow street parking overnight. You can park in the street during the day. But by a reasonable time at night all cars must be parked in the driveway. You can easily park 5 cars in the driveway in two rows.
If these rules are violated we may be forced to cancel your reservation.

Pros: Overall this house was great. Very spacious and clean with direct access to the water. Quiet neighborhood right off the main road. Cons: Very few negatives. Some of the furniture appeared to be thrift shop quality. The main couch in the living room sagged down, revealing what looked like extra foam added and coming out from an attempt to make it appear usable. The mattresses in some of the bedrooms were covered in plastic, making them very hot and not breathable. I get it. You're trying to protect the home, but that should be at the expense of guests. Communication: There was A LOT of communication sent to us about not disturbing the neighbors, where to park, and how to be respectful guests. Got it. No problem. However, there was NO information sent to us on WIFI info, or check-out procedures. Info to help us should have been communicated at least as well as information on what is required of guests. Usually, there is a guest book with helpful info in the home. We looked for one but ended up emailing and waiting for a response. Not too bad, but could have been better.

Great location, just over the bridge to the beach. Close to grocery stores and everything we needed. House was well equiped. We hope to revisit during the warmer months!
