Great Tivoli Rental for a great price.No matter what continues to build up around SandDestin Resort, we will always come back to it. Been coming since the eighties.This rental could use some better mattresses but other than that it was perfect for us. The Golf Cart was convenient.The community gives nature and beach ! Saw three bucks while walking at night !I hope this area continues to stand the test of time and new development !!It holds a piece of our hearts.

We had a great vacation for our family of 5. The location was great and the golf cart was a required amenity for us, so having it available was terrific. The unit was clean and spacious and my younger kids loved the bunk room.

Overall the rental property was enjoyable. It was well decorated, comfortable, and a great location. Cleanliness we rated only 3 stars because in the guest room next to the bed we discovered small animal droppings, either from a cat or small dog. We cleaned that up and did not discover any other droppings. Also, on check in we were suppose to receive the access code prior to 4 pm to enter the property. We arrived at the property after 4 pm but still had not received the access code. We contacted the management company several times for the access code but did not get the code until about 20 minutes after we arrived. This was very frustrating. Last but not least was the golf cart that was included with the unit and one of the main reasons we chose this unit. The dashboard display would not work. It would flash on for a minute and not come back on. We could not tell important items such as battery life, if it was charging, or mph, etc. Additionally, the charging cable portal was very loose and u could not tell if the battery was being charged. Plus emergency brake did not work. We contacted the property management company who said they could open a work ticket but it would have to be taken away to get repaired and could not give us a time frame to get it back. They also did not offer a replacement. We decided to use the cart but on a limited basis as we could not determine if the cart was charged or what percent battery was left. This also
was very frustrating.
