Great place to stay and enjoy the area. Loved being so close to all the things we planned while in Destin and the golf cart was a great way to get to them all. Very clean and comfortable beds. Would stay again!

We had a great time at this beach house. It was convenient to the beach and the golf cart allowed easy access to the beach and Baytown wharf. We will definitely be back!

Great family experience. Condo had everything you’d need. We had a traditional drip coffee maker and a keurig. Our friends condo only had drip. We were ready for both. Right next to bridge going to pool and golf cart was perfect. Only issue, second room’s door would not latch and kept opening which was annoying, but very minor issue.

1. Patio Door handle missing, parts laying on kitchen countertop as if property owner had been made aware of problem, but it was not repaired before my arrival.
2. Main bedroom shower drain or flooring leaking into kitchen area cabinets, floor and stove. Had to use the second bedroom shower. By looking at the ceiling in the kitchen area it had been leaking at some point in time in the past.
