Best views in Bethany Beach. Walk to the beach!! Sunsets!! Rents Sat to Sat

Communication with owner, George, was so easy and he responded immediately the few times I reached out to him. Dryer wasn’t working and he had it replaced the next day. House was beautiful and had everything we needed. There were 10 of us and had plenty of room. Description says 3 full baths but there is also a powder room on top floor where kitchen and master bedroom is. 2 beautiful decks overlooking bay and one is covered which was great when it rained. No TVs in bedroom but there were 2 TVs in both living rooms so it wasn’t an issue. WiFi worked great - no issues with streaming. Lots of steps so not good for anyone with mobility issues. Had plenty of parking for our 4 cars and had room for more. The gated community is very nice and the community pool was perfect. Took advantage of pickle ball courts (be sure to have bug spray!). Location was great and close to Rehoboth.

Overall great property. Clean and in good condition. Upstairs living area (on second floor with kitchen) was perfect for family hang out time. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to beach (across busy highway which was never an issue). Very ample parking. Made lots of use of the upstairs deck - so peaceful and the views were spectacular. George was very responsive whenever needed throughout the week. Would definitely rent again.

From the start, George was so friendly and accommodating and answered all our questions before and during our stay. The house is beautiful and beds comfortable. The master bedroom is on the main floor where the kitchen and living room is, which was great. The other four bedrooms are on the entrance floor with its own living room! The two floors have their own decks which open to a spectacular water view! You need to walk to the beach, which is across the highway, but totally manageable. The development has a pool which felt wonderful after a day at the beach! We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone! I totally recommend this rental.

The views are gorgeous. The tennis court and pool were also a nice bonus. The house is great it is large and very comfortable. Very much enjoyed our stay.
