This spacious home, great for entertaining an extended family or large group, offers an open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen featuring two dishwashers, ample space for cooking, a center island, six bar stools and a dining table that seats 10. Five decks, community paths and a playing field directly behind the house. The first level offers three bedrooms, a kitchenette, a TV/lounging area and many games for entertainment - great for children! The second level features the kitchen with an adjacent screened porch, living room and office area. On the top level, there are four master bedroom suites. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 5 TVs, 3 DVDs, ping pong table, books, board games, gas grill, Wifi. Plus, beach chairs (courtesy items not guaranteed).

The community marina is not available for guest use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.

Our second year for a large family holiday. The house is perfect for a large family holiday gathering. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked. Like the fact that there is a very large dining area so everyone can eat together in the same area. Lots of sitting spaces for watching TV, chatting, children playing without disturbing others. Nice to have linens provided.
