Overall, it was good. Pros: new floor and furniture, comfortable beds, okay view of river, great owner communications. Cons: very little privacy, resident above is noisy, hall shower broke on day one (owner responded very quickly!). It was a nice home base for visiting the area.

It was a great place to relax for the weekend. However, I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The floors and bathrooms needed more attention, as they were not as clean as expected. With a little more effort in housekeeping, this could be a perfect stay.

Property was beautiful, clean, and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Everything was ready for our arrival, the owner was organized, and we did not need to contact for anything since it was so well prepared for our stay. Loved it. The dock was so much fun to play on and we had the perfect little get away for our girls trip.

We enjoyed this rental! It was very clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having the swim dock in front of our condo so our kiddos could fish and swim where we could see them at all times. Just a heads up, the can opener is broken and should be replaced. The only negative is the bridge traffic noise. It can be quite loud. We thoroughly enjoyed the area. The condo is close to downtown Hot Springs. We ventured to Lake Catherine Park and Lake Ouachita National Park. Beautiful trails to walk and clean lakes to swim in. Arkansas has so much natural beauty!

We spent 3 nights enjoying this beautiful condo and lake. Countless hours were spent on the dock fishing and relaxing in the swing. This is hands down the cleanest place we have ever stayed - it was cleaned immaculately! Owner was quick with any communication.

This was the perfect place for me and my 3 teenage kids to enjoy Hot Springs. Spacious. Well-appointed. Comfy beds and the lake literally right outside your door. We ended each day jumping off the deck and swimming until the sunset. Short and easy drive to any thing you’d want to see! If we ever make our way back to Hot Springs, we’ll plan to stay here! Loved it!

Excellent 2 night stay! The condo was in great shape, very comfortable for all of us. We loved the simple check in/check out instructions, all gate codes/door codes available and work without issue. Beds were super comfy, bathrooms were nice. Kitchen/dining/family room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. I do wish there had been black-out curtains, the early morning sun coming up over the lake was beautiful but super bright !! No complaints tho! Overall we loved it.
