Covered parking, community pool, tennis court. (Pool usually closes Oct 1) There is no direct access to lake except by boat. Covered boat slip available from March 10 to November 5 only.

Absolutely stunning lake view condo! Setting and location were perfect. Owners were pleasant and easy to work with. Very comfortable and well stocked. I would say about the only thing was one of the master bedroom mattresses was too firm. You could hear the road from the bridge nearby with some traffic on it but nothing too bad.

The condo is gorgeous. The large patio is awesome with an amazing view!! The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. Jim is a great host. He's super nice and responded to any questions or concerns very quickly. I initially booked the condo for the wrong dates and he was very kind and quick to help me out and allow me to push it back a week with no problem, Just a slight fee adjustment as to be expected. I also very much appreciate that he allows dogs. It's very hard to find places that will allow pets these days.

We enjoyed Hot Springs for a month, and this condo was perfect for our extended stay. Well-equipped, comfortable and convenient. Hosts were outstanding, even checking up on us during a brief period of severe weather. We also met the on-site property manager, who was friendly and helpful. The condo has a great open layout with kitchen, dining area, and living room all in one space - perfect for our family vacation. Very comfortable couch with lamps well-positioned for reading. My husband and I enjoyed a lovely weekend at this lakefront property. The top floor condo has everything you need. The owners have thought of all the details: comfortable beds and living room sofa, large attractive dining table, fridge with ice maker, keyless entry, two balconies with comfortable furniture to relax on - the list goes on and on. Outstanding hospitality and excellent communication from the hosts from start to finish. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

My husband and I stayed for our 24th anniversary along with our little dog. This condo was exceptionally clean, was stocked with every little thing you might need. The owners were very accommodating and replied immediately. We loved the private location. It was very peaceful and quiet. They left a Hot Springs Bucket List Guide and that helped us pick out things to do in the area. I highly recommend this lake getaway condo. We hope to return.

This was a great stay! We had a wonderful time enjoying our coffee on the deck overlooking the water and counting the beautiful birds! So glad we brought our binoculars! It was super clean and easy to navigate. Beds were wonderful and the internet connection was reliable and fast for my remote work conference. I couldn’t be more pleased we will be back next trip to Hot Springs- try the superior bathhouse Brewery!
