Could’ve been better for the price.

Location

Very noisy. We could hear everything all night long from people above us. Walking around actually sounded like stomping. Nightstand was not clean. Area was sticky where phones would stick upon putting down. Looked different than expected.

Extended stay during the off season

Location was convenient to get around town and the lake view is fantastic. Easy check in and out process.

The lake views were amazing, the bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The silverware in the kitchen drawer had already been used and dirty, the night stands and kitchen table was worn and dated, the top blanket had a hole in it.

Overall very disappointed.

Although the room had been updated, the complex was very dated. I feel like the pictures on the website were misleading. We were upstairs and the floors sounded like we were stomping as we walked around. We tried to stay off our floors best we could. The poor guy under us slammed his door several times while leaving the next morning.

It was hard to find the entrance we passed it and it was difficult to get back to the entrance. Very nice lake.

Would like to have a person on property, my husband left his tennis shoes there and we can’t find any one who can send to us. Need entrance lit up so you know where to turn into the property.

Beautiful lake view

The beds were so comfortable. We were able to bring food and cook breakfast every morning. On Christmas my husband grilled steak outside and baked potatoes. In fact he grilled outside again our last night there. We liked the Cornell Dishes but not the plastic cups. I'm sure the glass probably disappears. For a property with no on-site staff it works out great. We will be back. The lakefront views are Beautiful.

People smoking on the balcony next door. The man sleeping in his truck in the parking lot when we left this morning. The room is a little outdated but worth the money for the view.

The view of the lake and the bed was comfortable.

The tub would not drain, I was getting bit by something in the bed, and the floor is very thin. You could hear us walking around on the second floor. It’s next to a main road and the sirens at night were pretty loud. Also, the side tables need to be replaced and the lights on the side tables need to be replaced. The rest of the place was decent.

It was ok

The TV was not very user friendly. Had to watch Razorback football lose again and the Game 7 of World Series on my phone. There was a bream hook on the base of the bed. You could hear the occupants upstairs walking. But, the bed was comfy and the view was beautiful.

Nice little getaway!! We'll definitely be back!!

The location was absolutely fantastic! We had a room right off the road and it was quite for the most part which was very nice. You are easily within 10-20 minutes from everything. The little kitchen was super convenient and had everything we could need (plates, silverware ,cups). They even have a little stove top, microwave and a coffee machine. The shower was amazing, very big and had good water pressure. There was a nice size TV with lots of options to watch. The room was a fantastic size and met all our needs. The king size bed was amazing! I was surprised to see they even had a pull out bed in the sofa if needed. There was also a very nice sized closet and extra blankets. We had a perfect view from our backdoor of the water. I really enjoyed the little docks and both the sitting areas. It looked like they even had an area you could swim during the warmer months. This place would be perfect for a little summer get away with kids!

The really only major issues we had was how rude the people nextdoor were. They were slamming and being extremely loud well after midnight and then again earlier in the morning. You could hear them stomping around. It honestly sounded like they were moving all the furniture around (I don't think they were but it definitely sounded like it). In the email sent out, it clearly states "quite hours" and we were really looking forward to that so we could get some extra sleep. But sadly we didn't get that 100%. I would like to also add there was a few spots that could have been cleaned better such as the light switch by the front door looked like someone with dirty hands touched it. Also the corners in the bathroom look like they were dusty and dirty. The floor also creaked really bad when you walked on it and there were a few spots were the floor was lifting up and needed to be be glued back down.
