Very comfortable and well organized. Easy to just move in and make it "home." The view from the deck was so beautiful and serene that we all found we could block out the traffic noise from the nearby bridge and just enjoy nature - especially the geese gliding by on an early morning.

Property was great! We used it as a landing spot for Hot Springs National Park and surrounding adventures. It had everything we needed and everything worked. Coffee machine was nice and restaurant recommendations were helpful. Nice patio to watch sunrise, sunset and look for northern lights!

The property was ideal. Modern, clean, comfortable, well equipped with a beautiful lake view directly off the patio. There were driver and restaurant recommendations in the condo that we utilized for evening transportation to dinner and downtown night life. The owner was so responsive prior to stay and afterward when we left a few items. Highly recommend!

We will definitely be planning on another trip to this spot. At night setting on the back porch is very peaceful. Boats up and down the lake especially at night all lit up. Everything was in perfect working order, clean and comfortable

Perfect spot to enjoy the lake. Close to everything! We walked over to Mug Shots several times, went downtown and had our groceries delivered to make meals in. Make sure you bring your own soap! I forgot to pack soap and had to pick some up which isn’t a big deal but was a little inconvenient. Liked that the condo was stocked with plenty of paper towels and trash bags. The swim dock is right out the back door and was lovely! The terrain was steep and hard to navigate for elderly and our special needs daughter. Several other reviews mentioned that so we were aware. Overall we would would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was stocked with all the things we needed to prepare meals and was very clean and comfortable. We loved being able to swim off the dock and watch the sunrise and sunsets. We would definitely stay again.

The property was very nice and clean. It was located directly on the lake with wonderful views. The property owner was extremely nice and very easy to contact, and very responsive. We only had three negatives and they were extremely hilly parking spot, many stairs up and down to the unit, and the master bathtub had mold in the knobs for the water. Otherwise, it was a great place .

There was plenty to do in that area including hiking trails, shopping, swimming spots, restaurants & lots lots more. Kath king on Lake Hamilton was nice. Not too choppy & plenty to see! Devon and Nathan were very gracious hosts. We arrived just after a tornado had hit less than an hour north of us. Unbeknownst to me, they were impacted by the storm. They checked in on us soon after arrival - despite everything they had going on. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The location was a bit close to the main highway, and the road noise was a bit loud our first night. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Our family of 4 had a lovely weekend stay at this condo! It was VERY clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable, relaxing getaway. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place is updated and decorated beautifully. The condo sits right on the ground floor with direct access to the lake, which makes for beautiful water view/ out all the windows. We enjoyed the pool right across the parking lot for a couple hours as well! We also appreciated how easy it was to get to downtown Hot Springs, the crystal mines in Mt Ida, restaurants, and grocery stores. Highly recommend this property! .
