All is all, very pleasurable.

Very nice and spacious, clean, comfy beds and the property gave us the possibility of having a bedroom each with my wife.

One small issue, a little milk and some teabags would have been welcome...

If you want to stay in or around that area, highly recommend it.

We cut the stay short, we arrived in the pouring rain it was still raining twenty four hours later, not being able to get out much, we decided to call it quits as we were only staying for two nights, the house is very clean and tidy every thing you need for a short stay.

It's not that we did not like it, but you need to be Einstein to get the television to work on terrestrial Tele kept saying no signal, it's the only thing i would say if you are limited to get out much that could be improved.

The Arts House cottage was excellent accommodation, everything you need, in a great location.

The cottage was located in the old town of harwich. Which was so full of history and charm. Lots to do and places to visit. The pubs are so warm and friendly and most serve excellent food.

The only thing wrong with the cottage was getting the TV to work probably. But Paul valentine the host was on hand to help out and was very helpful.

Best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Clean. Good value. Everything you need . Beautiful courtyard garden. Comfy bed. Records Dvds and Books.

Wasn't aware that it was street parking. However lots of space outside and free.
