Location was perfect for me, given that I was using it as a base for some boatwork at Shotley Marina, just 5 minutes away. Very well presented, clearly a new build.

One chair had some stands that were very unstable, the thing kept falling off them, which was a pain. I removed them completely in the end. Having one cupboard and a drawer off limits was a bit odd. Use of the whole property should be use of the whole property, but it didn't impact on the stay particularly.
