FAC- Falcon's Nest by Vallettastay

L arredamento è molto essenziale. È al terzo piano di un edificio senza ascensore e con scale strette

Sehr gute Lage, zentral gelegen, man kann in Valetta vieles zu Fuß erkunden.

Spärliche Ausstattung in der Küche, z. B.Besteck Es wurde 1× frische Handtücher gebracht in unserer Abwesenheit.

The apartment was very clean Kitchen was a good size well equipped. Well located for the Valletta attractions and close to bus stops. Communication from the providers was very good. We were unfortunate to experience a very bad rain storm which resulted in water ingress in the lounge and hall which in turn caused a shorting out of the electrics. The maintenance and cleaning team; who were very polite and efficient arrived in good time to restore electrical power and mop up the water.

First impression on arrival was that the building looked in a poor state (Maybe some would call it rustic charm). On entry to the hallways, they were very clean but in need of decorating. The apartment itself was adequate but was in need of decorating. The sofa in the lounge area was not comfortable, we spent most of our indoor time in the kitchen. The bedroom had flakes of paint/plaster falling from the ceiling onto the chest of drawers/dressing table. Only the bedroom had air conditioning. It would have been a great benefit for our comfort had cooling fans been provided for the other rooms.

Property was in a good location, communication and information prior to arrival was great. Great to have a washing machine and utensils etc. kitchen was also very clean.

There is aircon only in the bedroom (kitchen was very hot!) and it was so noisy i felt like i was getting blasted about on a ship in the middle of the sea. Which then meant a bad nights sleep. Not particularly comfortable (hard bed etc) Shower smells bit eggy and leaks into hallway. Lounge has no windows or aircon. Kitchen window was broken- does not lock safely.
