About this apartment rental
Studio on the second line of Levante beach, Benidorm. It has capacity for 3 people distributed in two places in a folding double bed and one place in a single sofa bed. Not recommended for 3 adults.
Cozy and very bright 41 m² accommodation, with views of the garden and pool.
It has an elevator, 1 ceiling fan, heating by electric radiators, community+children's pool open seasonally (06/01 to 09/30), garden, outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, children's area exterior, 1 TV, iron.
The open-plan ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
- The delivery of keys and check-in takes place in our office located on Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, lower Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.
- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)
- Check out before 11:00 a.m.
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets are accepted with a supplement of €10 per night with a maximum rate of €50 per stay.
