Dirty room, mould, limescale and rust all over bathroom - felt more dirty after a shower. Horrible bedding - all my clothes (in my suitcase) were damp after two nights there. Pool dirty and unusable.

I honestly cannot thank the host enough. She was so accommodating. We booked a last minute trip from Aus, our flight was already a late flight, but to top it off we were delayed almost 2hrs. The host was so amazing, she gave me really good instructions on how to find the discrete and gorgeous home stay and pictures of our rooms, leaving the lights on for us and the rooms set up and unlocked (despite the fact we hadn’t paid for the rooms yet). We only stayed a few essential hours before wandering a short distance for an early fastboat to Gili T. I hadn’t had a chance to review the property details properly before reserving the room (as we were in the air on the plane minutes after I booked). I looked at the reviews online while we were in the car from DPS to pedangbai, I really don’t understand the negative reviews! The pool, gardens and villas are so pretty. This was a bargain last minute booking for 2 adults and 2 children (2 rooms), where were able to comfortably rest after our travel. The host was still messaging and assisting until 3am! The location is discrete, making it super quiet and it felt very safe (we had children in another villa next to us)!

The only thing that could be improved (but honestly not a big deal at all) would be that the rooms could have 2 bath towels and maybe a hand towel. We had 1 towel which was completely fine for what we needed the room for. Probably an oversight due to the host rushing to accomodate our late bookings! This was so reasonably priced, so accomodating, and so cute! Will definitely be staying here again when we head back to Gili!

Wifi doesn't work, in the night stop working airconditioning what was paid while booking room extra charge for it, even we booked deluxe room, bad small around kitchen .

Internet was bad. Place and kitchen could have been cleaner. Staff were lazy. Didn't seem happy about request's . Terrible rubbish every were on beach and sea. No wonder people don't stay there.so mutch disrespect for sutch a buitiful place. I will never go back

the manager was so rude... we checked out a night early due to the room being so unclean. the padlock broke when we put the key into it on the first night we stayed there and after we left the manager tried to make us pay for his faulty padlock though booking. com, its a scam.

Bad management!

The location was good next to the beach, the pool.

First night we were given a bungalow with no aircon, and the power went off before midnight, so the fan stopped working, there were no water, we went to look for any staff but didn't find anyone so no electricity and no water all night. In the morning they didn't offer a change of the room, where there were water and electricity working instead they offered to take a shower in different room. Only after intervention they eventually changed our room. Very poor management, lack of communication.

Disappointing

Last minute booking we arrived around 8pm, stayed one night to catch ferry in the early morning. You can see the port from the front entrance. Staff was kind enough to make our bfast to go bcs we were leaving around 5h40 am

They could have give us a free room upgrade to the room with ac since they're not busy at all, we only stayed there for few hours, but they didn't. Do not order food/drinks here, I ordered nasi goreng seafood and I kept looking for the seafood lol, hubby ordered tuna pizza (size of normal plate/pan pizza), papaya juice tasted like they froze the fruit no taste at all just ice. The tap water in our washroom is salty, so you'll shower with salt water, we would prefer to stay somewhere else.

The rooms would really need a deep cleaning, cracks is the walls, very dirty bathrooms with low water pressure and hot water. Bad sound isolated, loud ac that bearly works. pool only have 2 sun beds. The hotel restaurant looks abandoned, would never go in and eat there if I saw it.

Highly recommend this hidden paradise

Staff were super friendly and were happy to do what they could to make my stay enjoyable. The food was lovely and the views were fantastic, both the plant filled garden oasis with pool or beach view from the dining area

Booking.Com gave me the impression my room had air-conditioning but this wasn't the case, however my room had both a ceiling fan and tower fan which worked a treat.

Quant au petit déjeuner, nous n'avons même pas osé manger quoique ce soit par peur d'être malade, juste un café rempli de mare A déconseiller fortement voir à enlever de votre site
