Family visit to lake Garda

The property is good size, and well equipped. It’s within 5 mins walking from Gardaland and a couple of minutes to Peschiera by bus or car. It’s clean and relatively new and well maintained. Parking is available if you bring your car. It has a couple of beaches close by and also a beach restaurant that has good food and with good prices

The shower doors could use some calcium deposit removal

Location is great for visiting Lake Garda and Gardaland!

Location was amazing, facility was clean, and parking right out front for your vehicle.

Beds are a little stiff for my family's liking. Especially after long days at Gardaland or exploring the lake.

Apartment is nice, large and clean. AC is in the central part of apartman (kitchen) but it cooled whole apartment. It is located in quite area and parking is right next to the building. Good equiped kitchen, washing mashine, vacuum cleaner. I reccommend to bring bikes (it is not possible to store it in apartment so we locked it next to our car), we used it to get to grocery store and beaches.

I would prefer personal contact with owner and window screens against insects ;) . Closest beach where it is allowed to swim is 2.3km from apartment (hard to park a car there, NEED BIKES)

Great place to stay if visiting Gardaland!

The apartment was well appointed, it was a decent size, it had A/C, all kitchen utensils provided, and it was only 0.5 kilometers from Gardaland!

Very close to Gardaland. Was clean and located in a nice area.

Left with 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 5, which didn't last till the end of the 2nd day. No wine glasses or cheese grater available. Only 1 Ac in kitchen/ living area so bedrooms needed to be left open in order to flight the heat. Overall acceptable.

Spacious and nicely decorated apartament, quiet neighbourhood, 2mins away on foot from Gardaland,

Checkout problems - although there’s official info on booking.com, as well as in the FAQ section on the website of the apartment on booking.com that you should check out between 10-12am, the cleaning lady turned up in the apartment at 10am. A few minutes past 11am, the same lady came to us again with a call from the owner that we should leave the place because the time to check out was 11am. We had to finish packing our stuff in a rush and leave the apartment asap.

Nice flat to stay for a week

We really enjoyed our stay in the spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms perfectly suited for a family of four. The landlord was also very helpful to help mitigate the noise when the neighbors decided to redo the interior of the building next door (he told them when we would be away and they avoided the heavy noise outside of those hours! Ok the first day was awful but it is important to say how good they dealt with that situation to make it fine for us to stay there. Well done 👍👍👍). The flat was very clean and is practical with both central gas heating and air con. There is sufficient cleaning product if you come for a weekend, otherwise bring your own (like we did). There is designated parking space for the car. Possible to wash clothes too👍. It is a short walk from “Garda land” and a few minutes drive from supermarket and the beautiful town of “Peschiera del Garda”. We would definitely go back!

First check if there are going to be heavy building work next door (they are refitting old building for appartement rentals and until this is finished there is an significant Irish on noise to the point you can’t stay in the building… so please check beforehands - the landlord is an honest guy and he helped a lot to mitigate the problem for us. So ask him before if in doubt!). The beds are a bit firm but honestly this is better that way than most places. Only things to improve are the pillows and not enough water glasses.

beautiful building, nice spacious, luminous apartment with all the amenities. If you’re visiting Gardaland, just leave the car in front of the apartment and walk. it only takes 5 minutes.

Large apartment but not recommended.

The apartment is at a great location. For the people who want to visit Gardaland its right around the corner. Peschiera centre is about 5min by car. About the apartment itself it has enough space and an airco. The beds were comfortable.

For us the biggest disappointment was the kitchen equipment. There weren't standard tools you should expect like more pans, scissors, coffeemachine etc. The bathroom was with fungus, not very hygienic. Towels... they smelled strange. Also in the bigger sleepingroom damp spots on the wall. Overall the cleaningness of the apartment didn't met our standards.

Perfect apartment, beautifully renovated, great location, quiet place for the nights.

Excellent location, beautifully renovated house & apartment, nice staff, perfect to visit Gardaland and other theme parks in the neighbourhood.

Everything was perfect in the apartment, maybe a capsule coffee maker and milk shaker would be easier to use, but we bought normal coffee for the small coffee maker and it was also OK. Not concerning the apartment, but we didn't find bakery in the village, Ronchi, only at Pesciera del Garda - that made not that easy to have breakfast...

The location of the apartment is just 5 min walking from Gardaland. There is parking available. We had an apartment on the top floor, thus 3 floors to climb. The apartment is quite large and have 2 bedrooms. There is a washing machine on the ground floor. Internet was working fine. The fridge was large. The host was giving good service.

Great location - 5 minutes walk to Gardaland or to the Garda lake. Good place to stay for one or two nights. Parking place is always provided at the location.

Air quality was not so good. Some kind of air ventilation / treatment should have been installed. Wi-Fi reception was not good (we stayed at the ground floor, upstairs is maybe better). Beds in the kids room are really small - but still OK (just).

Excellent stay to visit lake garda or gardaland.

The apartment had almost everything we needed, nice location, nice neighbours and also vineglasses. The airconditioner was good. The apartment is quite spacious. The livingroom area has a lot of space.

Liked mostly everything. It was exactly as described on the pictures and advert. Maybe the kitchen could have a little bit of salt. Also, if staying with a larger group then it would be nice to have two set of keys. Thanks :)

SCARSA IGIENE PER MANCANZA DI PULIZIA

Posizione vicina e strategica al Parco divertimento di Gardaland ma c'è da far notare (ovviamente questo non è responsabilità della struttura, ma trovo doveroso farlo presente per chi viaggia da sola come me con bambini al seguito!) che la strada da/per il parco NON è illuminata. Gestore disponibile ad averi fatto effettuare il check in anticipato alle ore 14:00.

Appena arrivati, ci siamo resi conto che la luce della cucina non funzionava ed essendo arrivati di domenica abbiamo dovuto attendere fino al mercoledì successivo l'arrivo dell'elettricista. L'alloggio non ha assolutamente soddisfatto gli standard di pulizia: abbiamo trovato tanta polvere, scasa igiene in cucina e persino un calzino sotto il letto. Per 4 notti abbiamo pagato più di 700 euro e, anche considerando il pagamento elevato per la vicinanza della struttura a Gardaland, non è accettabile trovare l'appartamento nelle condizioni esposte sopra.

Es wäre so viel mehr möglich....

Wenn Sie viele Orte am Gardasee besuchen möchten ist die Lage super! Das Gardaland ist fußläufig erreichbar! Die Ausstattung ist eher mau... Der angegebene Ofen ist eine Mikrowelle... Staubsauger sucht Mann vergebens.... leider war die Wohnung auch nicht wirklich gesäubert bei unserem eintreffen. Viele Möbelstücke sind kaputt gewesen und die Bettcouch war eine Zumutung... zumindest die Matratze... Unsere Wirbelsäule lässt grüßen! Die Waschmaschine wird mit drei weiteren Wohnungen geteilt sowie ein Wäscheständer! Nach Beschwerden unsererseits wurde ein weiterer hinzugefügt. Uns kam es so vor als wenn die Vermietung eher auf Kurzbucher eingestellt ist! Nun ja wir haben dennoch einen schönen Urlaub gehabt, denn der Gardasee und die vielen wunderschönen Orte drumherum können vieles kompensieren:)

Kein Backofen! Keine Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern! Defekte Möbel! Sehr unbequemes Bett! Das zweite war in Ordnung!

Super nettes Appartement mit potential nach oben.

Top Lage zum Gardaland und eine echt schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten das Apartment das nicht beim Haupthaus dabei war. Wir hatten eine Terrasse dabei und direkt davor noch den Parkplatz dabei. Einfach top für den Preis.

Die Reinigung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Überall Spinnennetze und in der Dusche war sogar Schimmel an den Ecken. Wir sind dann nur mehr mit Badeschuhe duschen gegangen. Es waren mehrere Kochtöpfe vorhanden jedoch nur einer für den Induktiv Herd. Bei der Anreise hatten wir das 4. Apartment nicht gefunden da es nicht im Haupthaus was sondern gegenüber. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war leider etwas mangelhaft.
