Great location! The Italianway staff made it very easy to get situated and also helped us schedule a private shuttle to and from the airport. Da Oscar resturant downstairs had amazing food - making a reservation is best. The apartment is located right next to a metro stop and a 15 minute walk to the train station and main tourists attractions. We had a long visit in Milan so having a washing machine was convenient (note: no dryer).
No major issues or complaints. There were only 2 thin pillows available and the extra blanket did not appear to be washed. Some reviews mentioned it being loud because of the resturant downstairs, but it did not bother us. Minor imperfections in the apartment, but overall still a great place to stay. We would definitely stay again if in the Milan area.

Location was perfect, the building was pretty, appartement was spacious, staff was nice
