Everything we needed, and a great host!
Lovely property, with excellent rooms and bathrooms, very spacious. Host was very helpful and generous. Everything you need, from a washing machine and dishwasher, to a decent iron and hairdryers. We loved having en suite full bathrooms on each room. Bathrooms renovated to a high standard. There is both a Nespresso machine and drip coffee machine (for those of you who like to make sure you know what coffee you're getting!) The property is up several steep hills, so you need to be prepared to walk up high.
Very minor, but we would have enjoyed a comfortable sofa/couch to relax on in the living area. There were chairs, but they were not made for relaxing.

No swimming pool and no windows
Nicely presented apartment
We had been on the road for 7 weeks and wanted somewhere to kick back a bit, so when we saw the headline - "apartment with infinity pool and village views,"we booked for 2 nights. Howevere we discovered that there is no swimming pool ( the pool is a public pool 1.5km away), and there are no windows in this apartment. When raising this with the host, he pointed out that it was in the fine print - this was very deceptive, and we tried to cancel our second night (too late for first night)

A great choice in Cortona
Gaetano met us even before we parked our car. He led us to the most convenient parking nearby, let us in to the apartment and showed us around. The apartment is very near the main shopping and dining square in Cortona. It is well equipped and could easily be used for a long stay. Beside being well situated, the apartment itself is beautiful. We wished we could have stayed longer.
