Beautiful apartment with fabulous views and the best host.

Wonderful spacious apartment with kitchen. Views from every room. Nice terrace and view. Owner was helpful and friendly. She checked in with us to see how we were doing. 2 blocks down a steep hill to the center of town. Wonderful restaurants and shopping in town center.

Worth every step!!

The apartment was lovely and well-equipped. It was centrally located between the University of Georgia campus and the main Piazza. It was a short but steep walk to pop down for breakfast in the morning. The washer was excellent for our travels - I could have brought a smaller suitcase. The balconies and the views are spectacular. Everything was beautifully presented, clean, fresh, and attractive.

A lot of Cortona is hiking.... be prepared. This lovely Rooftop Nest is high up, but it comes at a price...you have to carry luggage up 3 flights of steps. But it is definitely worth it!!

Gorgeous flat with spectacular view

The apartment was lovely and well equipped. It was centrally located between the University of Georgia campus and the main Piazza. Perfect in every way.

Oh my. Margherita was a perfect host, and the apartment could not have been more wonderful. The views of the rooftops and countryside were breathtaking, and in the morning the many beautiful swifts swooping and singing in front of the balcony was an unexpected joy. Margherita anticipated everything we might need and the apartment was well provisioned. We have been spoiled I'm afraid for any future trips to Italy!

Life changing sunset views of Cortona. Very special place.

This is a gem. Immaculately clean, well supplied, cozy, and the best vibes. Comfortable beds. The views are breathtaking. Pics can’t do it justice. Lots of stairs so be aware if u have issues with them but worth it if u can. Margherita will go above and beyond to make sure u feel welcome and taken care of. She is such a kind caring human. A+++

A gorgeous property with lovely views across Cortona and beyond. Super comfy beds, attention to small details around the place which meant you had everything you needed. A really warm welcome and location is perfect! A really great experience all round.

Wonderful host, a beautiful apartment.

The apartment has stunning views from each window. It is spacious, well equipped and spotless. The owner was so helpful, collecting us from the car park, helping with luggage, suggested things to do and made an excellent recommendation for dinner. We were very grateful and highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect spot in Cortona

Exceptional views and location, felt like a home away from home. Pictures don't do this property justice. Host was brilliant and super helpful, making restaurant reservations and arranging taxis throughout the week for us. Can't recommend enough!

A magnificent apartaments with stunning view

I am not sure from where to start how an amazing stay it was at Cortona’s Rooftop Nest! The owner Margherita is such a nice, kind & welcoming person! She not only took a ride for us to apartaments but also booked a table for a dinner at one of her the most favorite restaurants! This experience was just incredible! We stayed here just for one night, but it was truly a night to remember. Not only apartaments, but all Cortona is such a unique and authentic place on Earth. The apartamens itself is so so beautiful and clean. Every corner makes you feel at home. The view…I have no words about it, you just need to see it yourself. We didn’t have a chance to see a sunset, but the view was no less impressive. I hope we will come back here one day - both Cortona and especially at Margherita’s apartaments. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!🫶

Amazing rooftop apartment!

The apartment is fabulous with 2 fantastic balconies overlooking the mountains and the main square of the town. It is well furnished and the kitchen is functional. Lots of cooking supplies and plenty of snacks coffees and tea. The host is fantastic with communication and Will drive you and your luggage from the free parking lot to the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for Margherita.

Exceptional

The rooftop nest is an incredible place to stay at! If we ever return to Cortona, we will most definitely come back here. The apartment is located perfectly, and everything can be reached within a couple of minutes: the city center (1-2 min walk) with its cafés and bars, a small supermarket (1-2 min), a bakery, and the free parking spot (2-3 min walk) for our car. The apartment itself is beautiful, and the view over Cortona's rooftops is stunning - we enjoyed many incredible sunsets. The rooms are clean, and the owner put a lot of effort into making this place a home for its visitors. All in all, we had a good time and felt very comfortable. We especially enjoyed our communication with the owner. She was very friendly and helpful before our arrival, and the overall communication was clear and fast. She even picked us up from our meeting point/parking spot to drive our luggage directly to the front door of the building - our car was too big to drive in Cortona's narrow and windy streets, and it was really nice to have had help with the luggage (even if it's just a short walk). During our stay, the owner checked in with us to see if we needed any assistance, gave us restaurant recommendations, and even made a reservation for us since we didn't speak any Italian. You won't regret booking this apartment!
