The 177 sqm apartment is located in the historic center, on the first floor of an important building with exceptional and privileged views of Piazza Signorelli. Piazza Signorelli is the largest and main square in Cortona where the Palazzo Comunale, Palazzo Casali, home of the renowned MAEC museum and the homonymous Signorelli overlook.
SIGNORELLI HOUSE consists of a large main living room overlookig Piazza Signorelli, equipped with a marble fireplace, sofa and table for receptions or dining, another living area with large sofa with peninsula and 55 "satellite TV and Air Conditioning.
A large kitchen equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, toaster, American coffee machine, Espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, washer dryer, 50 "satellite TV, Air Conditioning and an imposing Tuscan stone fireplace.
There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with double facing on Piazza Signorelli, another double bedroom with private bathroom and 1 twin bedroom (2single beds can be joined on request) and all rooms are equipped with 32 "flat screen satellite TV and Air Conditioning.
3 bathrooms with shower.
SIGNORELLI HOUSE is a structure completely renovated in the year 2019 with elegant finishes and fine furnishings, fully equipped with SOUNDPROOFED WINDOWS and every comfort: Air Conditioning and WIFI network available in the entire structure, 5 flat screen satellite TVs with WIFI connection and via cable. The apartment is easily and comfortably reachable for loading and unloading people or luggage and there are free or paid public car parks in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is amazing! There are ceilings at least 12feet high with period paintings from the 17th -18 century. But Romina provides all the necessary things for modern life - all three bed rooms have TVs. There are air conditioners in each room and the kitchen is full equipped with everything you need to eat in. Romina is the very best Host! She met us on our arrival and departure but also turned up immediately when we couldn’t work out the electric plug! She even helped us with our luggage. We are coming back again next year and will definitely stay with Romina.

Signorelli House fare exceeded expectations! Located in the heart of the village, walking distance to the finest restaurants in all of Tuscany. The stay was wonderful from start to finish. We were met in parking lot by city center where our host and her very polite son helped us carry the bags to our apartment right in the middle of everything. Our host Ramena was more than helpful getting us situated and giving us great recommendations. We highly recommend and will certainly be back.

This is a fabulous place to rent in Cortona. We will come back to this apartment again for sure! We have rented 3 other places in Cortona in years prior and this apartment is in the BEST location because it is located in a relatively flat part of the city. Cortona has very steep hills but you do not need to climb those hills to reach this place. You only need to climb a flight of stairs once inside the building. Romina is a wonderful host! She is the owner. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The apartment was renovated 6 years ago. It is nice and fresh and beautiful! The kitchen is awesome! There were 2 couples in our group. The place was ideal because it is spacious. On one side of the apartment there are 2 bedrooms and one larger sized full bathroom. On the other side of the apartment, there is one bedroom with a smaller sized adjoining full bathroom. And right next to it is another smaller sized full bathroom. It’s a great place! We look forward to renting it again.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. It is a spacious, clean and well-equipped. Prime location in the heart of Cortona's main square. The sound-proofed windows and A/C units made for easy and comfortable sleeping. Or open windows made us feel like we were always part of the action of this charming town. Romina was incredibly responsive and hospitable. She met us at check in and check out and was always responsive on WhatsApp throughout our booking process and during our stay. I highly recommend this rental property. Thank you Romina.

My wife and I stayed here from May 27, 2023 until June 16,2023. It's an amazing place in the town of Cortona! It was perfect for our stay. Inside the walls, so walk to everything. Yet, with a car, took day trips to Assis, Castalion Del Largo, Siena and others. Our adult daughters joined us for 8 days during our visit and made day trips by train 4 of those days. Train station is 10 minute drive down the hill. Romina is one of the best Host we have ever had. Very responsive. Property was very clean and presented itself better than pictures showed. If you want to experience small town Italy, this is the place! Highly recommend this property and the amazing Host!

If you’re looking for a house, flat, or apartment in Cortona or any hilltop town in Tuscany, let me do you a favor - stay here. It is the perfect property, much larger than you expect, that captures old world Tuscan charm but with modern amenities and luxury finishes. Completely remodeled just a few years ago with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths it also has a very large kitchen and two large living spaces to gather. It is in a perfect location and despite overlooking a piazza it truly is soundproof. It feels totally private but in the heart of it all. From the mill work to the perfectly appointed furniture the property is lovely. Just as lovely as the host, Romina. She welcomed us at the property with refreshments and went above and beyond including securing us a few taxi rides when we couldn’t seem to book one. We’ve traveled all over Italy and have been to Cortona before, but this time, this place blew us away. There’s lot of places to choose, but make it simple and stay here. You’ll thank me. We will be back!

A gorgeously restored condo located at the center of Cortona. Spacious three bedrooms and three full bathrooms all in one level. It is very clean and reasonably quite, considering the activities of the square. It is surrounded by many restaurants within minutes of walking. We can’t wait to be back next year. I recommend to everyone.
