Incredible victorian penthouse apartment with views of Verity and the devon coast, I booked this in March for me and my family to stay for the weekend, it was a great central location to the town, harbour, coastal walks and pubs.
The parking for our campervan was VERY tight, and off road parking hard to get a space, we ended up unloading in the designated car space then driving down the road and over to another paid car park.

Everything was perfect! Such a memorable experience. House was lovely and the location is a really good base to explore surrounding areas and the views from window were the best.
It would be nice if some tea/coffee and sugar was kept.But can't complain.

The view
was amazing. The window seat in the lounge was a perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and to look out over the harbour in the evening as the lights came on.
It's not really something we didn't like, but it's worth being aware of if you have limited mobility . The property is not far from the harbour and town, although to reach the house if walking, it was up a very steep path way, which wasn't very well lit at night. Also stairs up to the main door and the apartment door. All of these worth the effort if you want an amazing view.

A spacious well equipped apartment. Very comfortable furniture, beds etc. Stunning views of the harbour and surrounding area.
It was super hot when we visited and the apartment was extremely stuffy and unbearably hot. Obviously not the fault of the owners, but the windows only open a tiny amount due to safety catches so it was impossible to cool down. There was no welcome pack, no instruction manual and no visitors book which was unusual for the price we paid. Had to google instructions for the hob etc. The property was advertised as having a tumble dryer but this was not the case.
