It was nice to stay in a serviced apartment rather than a hotel with it’s basic kitchen and washing machine. Very well located close to Orchard Road and Somerset MRT.
There was no safety deposit box but a drawer which could be locked. Also building work nearby which had been highlighted by the property. No problem as windows were well soundproofed.

It's a great location, as it's a short walk to the Somerset MRT station, and the Orchard Road shops. There's also a decent-sized supermarket, and some small restaurants, a short walk in the other direction.

Like the room was spacious and basic utensils for cooking was available and clean environment.
I think the room not too soundproof. When neighbours rooms closing doors and talking in hallway, it were quite loud and could hear them clearly. Otherwise, a great experience

Location made it good value for money. Has small kitchen area with fridge, microwave and tea/coffee maker and utensils and plates. Washing machine and drying rack.
Towels and sheets only changed twice a week. Bad odors. One day, housekeeping put on bed sheets that were mouldy: they smelt like a damp dish rag. Also, the hallway on my floor was doused everyday with an overpowering smell of cleaning solvent, which was intended to mask other odors. Also, front desk staff not usually present.
