The location was superb and a few steps from Orchard Road. There was one male Singaporean staff member on the front desk who was very polite and helpful and the cleaning staff along with the service they provided was excellent.

The rooms were really small, the bathroom had really poor lighting (not good for girls putting on makeup!) along with a sliding door that made a hell of a racket and the air con was noisey. The pool cooled us down but the decking is uneven and basically rotting with some planks sticking up which is dangerous. There are weeds growing and a broken half hanging off the wall phone on the wall also so it just looks uncared for. The rooms and pool are not how they look on booking.com - renovations are definitely in order.
