Great room, comfortable bed, great attention to detail (eg. Night lights, torch),had a city view but overlooked a building site below but they refunded us the upgrade we’d paid without an issue. Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast outstanding. Slow service at poolside (half an hour wait for a drink). Umbrellas on offer to use as it was raining hard. Surprised when came to payment as a service charge was also added along with the taxes. Don’t think this was mentioned when we booked on Expedia.

This hotel is very well located, right by Somerset MRT and on Orchard Road (shopping, eating).
The infinity pool(s) were well maintained and gave a really nice view of the city.
But be aware the hotel lobby is on the 10th floor, and guest rooms are accessed via a different lift. So guests will need to take two lifts to get to their rooms.

Unexpectedly wonderful hotel in downtown Singapore. Great amenities, beautiful rooms, caring staff. And VERY cool robots delivering food and/or drinks directly to your room. Rooftop infinity pool is a wonderful experience with great views of the city. All you can eat breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and food quality was good. Overall a very nice place to stay.
