Relaxing space

Staff is great and the facilities in general too.

We could not connect the smart TV in the room to the internet and, hence, we could not watch Netflix and similar in the room. It is not a super big deal but when you are paying a certain price you do expect everything to work perfectly.

Wonderful Experience - but need a bit more attention to detail

The apartment was amazing and astheically pleasing - a luxurious design and very spacious. Customer service excellent. Enjoyed all the welnness facilities. Easy to communicate and quick to respond to all the request we made when we asked for extra towels and a pot.. Had a wonderful stay!

Even though the apartment was amazing, it could do with a little touch up in some areas. Attention to more detail was needed especially when paying so much money. For example, painting areas that are showing a bit of tiredness. TV in the bedroom had scratch marks on it. Better quality towels - and to provide more than one set. If you're using the pool, jacquzzi etc the towels becomes soaked, not nice to reuse a wet one when you have a shower. Also making sure that the shower products are refilled (we run out of shower gel) and was only there for one night and morning. Also as it's an apartment, a few more utentils should be included in drawer space as there's faciities to cook (which we did). We were able to just about manage, however, having a knive set, and extra pot(there was only one)so forth to make the experience a bit more easier. Coffee and Tea were provided but no milk, even the UHT sachets would have sufficed. They mentioned we will be greeted with free refreshments at the minibar which only water (not that it was not aprreciated), but how it was written we thought it would be a little bit more then water.

Nice sauna, not going to visit in the future anyway

The sauna was very nice - it takes around 45 minutes to be ready. Hot tub and steam shower are also good and helps relaxation. The mattress on the bed was comfortable

The bed is next to the door, and the bednook is separated by the aquarium. That aquarium is NOISY. The sound of water haunting you in your sleep. Also the apartments for 190€ a night didn't had the knife. And when I asked for the knife twice by the text message, no one answered me. And when I called (we needed to cut the cake for my hubby's birthday), manager said that reception is closed and they can't help us. We ordered a knife and left it there, might be useful. Also the apartment has ceramic cold floors, and they only give you two towels per person - no comfy slippers, no bathrobes.

Exceptional stay. Loved having all the facilities such as swimming pool saunas steam room and hot tub. Could even watch tv while in pool or sauna!

Just a bit too hot to sleep at night. Due to not being able to put air con on, but having sauna on during the day it got very hot in the room and windows wouldn’t open due to rain. So didn’t sleep a lot at night

We were given complete instructions about use of everything. Bed was extra comfortable, cleanliness was on the highest level.

The tank with fishes was not so clean. And the radio can work only when some lights are off, because of some disturbings with signal.

My second stay in this apt. I was accommodated again to check in earlier than expected. I was welcomed and helped with luggage. Rada was there once again, welcomed me warmly, and remembered details and my special requests from my previous stay-such a lovely person - makes you feel like at home. Clean,immaculate like last time. Again, 10+ and highly recommend. I will come back. 😊

too short stay here

This apartment does not deserve 10/10 grade. Better grade would be 15/10 or even more. I haven't stay in such app yet although I travel a lot. You have a private steam and IR sauna and Jacuzzi with warm water, bubble bath and massage, with a TV next to it. Next to your bed there is an aquarium so you can watch fish. The house has also a swimming pool and another set of saunas and Jacuzzi.... Free parking, easy to find, and FREE minibar... Wonderful, really a relaxation after a long working day. App was super-clean.

App does not have sink large enough to comfortably brush your teeth. Anyway, who cares about sink if you have the best bathroom in a whole city....

Overall good but without an Air-conditioner in the bedroom it ruins the mood.

Everything was perfect. Except for the one negative that really put us off.

There wan no ac in the bedroom and the windows on the roof were closed because of rain incoming. So at night we were absolutely boiling and couldn't sleep from how asphyxiating it was.
