Everything was absolutely perfect for us.
We had parking, pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature and the privacy was exceptional. We could not fault it

Staff is great and the facilities in general too.
We could not connect the smart TV in the room to the internet and, hence, we could not watch Netflix and similar in the room. It is not a super big deal but when you are paying a certain price you do expect everything to work perfectly.

The apartment was amazing and astheically pleasing - a luxurious design and very spacious. Customer service excellent. Enjoyed all the welnness facilities. Easy to communicate and quick to respond to all the request we made when we asked for extra towels and a pot.. Had a wonderful stay!
Even though the apartment was amazing, it could do with a little touch up in some areas. Attention to more detail was needed especially when paying so much money. For example, painting areas that are showing a bit of tiredness. TV in the bedroom had scratch marks on it. Better quality towels - and to provide more than one set. If you're using the pool, jacquzzi etc the towels becomes soaked, not nice to reuse a wet one when you have a shower. Also making sure that the shower products are refilled (we run out of shower gel) and was only there for one night and morning. Also as it's an apartment, a few more utentils should be included in drawer space as there's faciities to cook (which we did). We were able to just about manage, however, having a knive set, and extra pot(there was only one)so forth to make the experience a bit more easier. Coffee and Tea were provided but no milk, even the UHT sachets would have sufficed. They mentioned we will be greeted with free refreshments at the minibar which only water (not that it was not aprreciated), but how it was written we thought it would be a little bit more then water.

The sauna was very nice - it takes around 45 minutes to be ready. Hot tub and steam shower are also good and helps relaxation. The mattress on the bed was comfortable
The bed is next to the door, and the bednook is separated by the aquarium. That aquarium is NOISY. The sound of water haunting you in your sleep. Also the apartments for 190€ a night didn't had the knife. And when I asked for the knife twice by the text message, no one answered me. And when I called (we needed to cut the cake for my hubby's birthday), manager said that reception is closed and they can't help us. We ordered a knife and left it there, might be useful. Also the apartment has ceramic cold floors, and they only give you two towels per person - no comfy slippers, no bathrobes.
