Family tour to Belgrade

The apartment building is new, newly constructed. Apartment itself was spacious. Airport is quite near which was good.

The lady at the reception was too rude but the guy was quite nice. The building is quite far from the center like it will take you almost 30 to 40 minutes to reach. Parking should be free and complementary for the residents atleast. I didn't understand why they charged 10 euro for one day. The whole parking garage was empty mostly. Sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, if you are planning to like sleep at the sofa bed then you will regret and your back will hurt.

Roomy, lighting, beds, location, quiet, washing machine

open shower window could be longer or use complete enclosure to stop water spraying outside. Keys get some getting used to with 4 turns to lock and unlock. Maybe go to keycard in future.

Convenient location with a few hiccups

No breakfast included.

TV didn’t work and wasn’t repaired for a couple of days. Clock and bedroom ceiling light were not working and never dealt with either, even though a request was put in. Also not sure if the fan/light over the stove worked either as i tried every configuration possible. Reception was pleasant enough, and the apartment was cute, cozy, comfortable and convenient to where we needed to be.

Definitely 100 percent recommended, if you are ready for the celestial stay through your journey.

Its so clean, and ambience is so good when you first enter to the property. The lights in the flat and everything looks so nice. Also book a studio 31 sqm, if you worry about washing your clothes etc. They have washing machine, a big big refrigerator, and all tv subscriptions on tv so you can watch basically everything. If you dont want light inside on daytime? No problems, you can press the switch and it will be all blackout with automatic shutters. Landlord knows English perfectly, so no problems if you don’t know Serbian. I was worried about my arrival time because it was late after midnight, but their automatic system showing you every single step what you should do, so you dont even have to talk w someone before entering the property. Landlord is super nice and calm with high education it seems. I had to extend my stay and had problem in app, he helped me without checking me out. I will definitely visit it again and again. Perfect place that you can find around with this budget. Im normally very much worried about my hair whilst travelling and I have to carry my own hairdryer, but you dont need that here cause they even have that professional hair dryer!!

Thats something I thought a lot before writing because I literally didnt have any problems. The only problem seems for me that I wanna stay for a long time next month, but landlord said its all booked. Thats a bit unfortunate for me. But he said also he will help w that as well. Also it says no parking on booking but theres plenty of spaces outside. The small studios if you booking 29 sqm , they dont have washing machines, just you can bear that in mind. But its still perfect value for money, its nothing really that I can complain about. Everything was perfectly perfect. My gf liked it even when we moved to small studio.

Jedno krzesło przy stoliku, mało miejsca, wybrakowana mała kuchnia z uszkodzonym wyposażeniem. Słabo wysprzątane, garaż z pyłem pobudowanym roznosił się w całym obiekcie pod butami (wraz z mieszkaniem) brud pod łóżkiem, zaniedbany budynek, słaba akustyka, daleko od centrum, nieciekawa okolica

Πεντακάθαρο και εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής

Πεντακάθαρο με πολύ ωραία στρώματα, ακόμη και ο καναπές ήταν πάρα πάρα πολύ άνετος. Άνετα μαξιλάρια και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. ειλικρινά πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής. Με σημεία να παρκάρεις και στα 100μ φούρνους και καφέ μια και δεν έχει πρωινό το κατάλυμα.

Πιο ήσυχα τα δωμάτια στο μέσα κτίριο, εμείς είχαμε το δωμάτιο στο μπροστινό κτίριο,Νο 57 και ήταν από την μεριά του δρόμου Αλλά όλα καλά

Čisto i moderno u urbanom delu Zemuna, Tv pun pogodak u spavaćoj sobi, sjajan u dnevnoj, odličan zvuk sa pregršt aplikacija na istom. Osvetljenje je fenomenalno.

Jako su nam falile papuče, svo vreme sam na prstima išla. Nismo našli dzezvu za kafu sem kuvala i nije postojala krpa za sudoperu ili bar ubrus, glupost ali znaci. Ne bi bilo lose da postoji ulje i so, kada vec postoji tiganj.

Schönes modernes Zimmer.

Die Lage war nicht gut. Außerdem war das Hotel noch nicht fertig gebaut. An der Reception war eine Dame die kein Englisch sprach aber als die Kollegin zur Hilfe kam war alles ok.

Хорошие большие апартаменты в новом современном доме, есть подземный паркинг, есть ресепшен с приветливым персоналом, был замечательный балкон со столиком и диванчиком. В целом все понравилось - уютно и удобно.

Надо уделить внимание более качественной уборке, было много пыли. Нужна стиральная машина с функцией сушки или услуги прачечной. Было бы неплохо поставить кофемашину капсульную. Вообщем есть недочеты в мелочах. Не смотря на новые апартамент, диван-кровать уже требует чистки.
