Great, clean, newly refurbished place to stay at Belgrade.

The apartment is just as described, squeaky clean, recent makeover, all of the items/furniture/etc. are new, the location is great, you literally live around the corner (7 meters away) from a shop, a lively street with shops/kiosks/lots of bars-restaurants 500 m. away, Public transportation approximately 500-750 meters away, some 30 min away from the center of the city by public transportation (clean, new busses, free of charge for everyone, including tourists). The owner met us at approximately 12:00 p.m. and allowed us to leave a bit later than check-out time, which is nice. The owner speaks ok English and is quick to respond. You have a menu of a bar nearby in the apartment, they deliver food by the same owner, but we didn't try it. Bed linen is fresh and clean, towels, shower room necessities, everything was there, including complimentary tea/coffee/salt/sweets. There could be some more cooking ware, but it was enough to cook food for two people at the kitchenette. Perfectly working new AC. Great stay, would recommend!

Some of the premises have low hanging ceilings, but that is seen on the photos and is expected, so you just have to be more careful when sitting in the corner. And we haven't found the pictures stating the apartment is on the second floor. But that could be just us. That is probably all,

Tiny surprise apartment in the urban jungle

It was really fun to discover a small apartment beneath the towering block of flats! The apartment seemed superbly furnished and well taken care of; we've been greeted by its friendly owner, impeccable cleanliness and welcome snacks. The communication was exceptionally timely, while the check-in and the check-out processes were also flawless.

Perfect

The apartment is suitable for families, spacious enough and sparkling clean, plus the beds are very comfortable. The location is very good, there are good restaurants at 2-3 min walking distance. The hosts are gorgeous, communication is perfect, they even offered us a parking garage, which is paid but we chose it instead of the free public parking. We will visit you again!

Great place to sleep in if you plan to visit Belgrade

The hosts were very friendly (offering also a small tour of that part of Belgrade!) and helpful with finding a parking place. Very clean and cozy. Although not very big space, it is enough to host up to 5 people, if you want to visit Belgrade.

Klein aber fein beschreibt, damit beschreibt man die Unterkunft am besten. Gute Lage, alles schnell per Taxi erreichbar und einen kleinen Supermarkt hat man direkt als Nachbarn neben an, mit den nötigsten Sachen, die man evtl. vergessen hat !

Die Betten in der Unterkunft waren für ein Pärchen viel zu klein und ich fand die Matratze steinhart (natürlich ist das Geschmacksache)

Бронировали апартаменты на 8 ночей, нужно было проживание в Земуне, остались довольны выбором. Апартаменты расположены в небольшом двухэтажном здании со своим отдельным входом. В пешей доступности большой продуктовый магазин, автобусные остановки. Район тихий, уютный. Большое спасибо хозяину апартаментов, всегда был на связи, помог с заказом такси в аэропорт. Апартаменты чистые, полотенца белоснежные, кровать удобная, есть кондиционер и обогреватель в комнате, уютно, в качестве комплимента были конфеты, чай, кофе, вода и кола в холодильнике, очень приятна такая забота.
