It is a compact flat but all the details are thought so everything we would need was there. The host is very cooperative trying to help with all he can.
Nothing really to dislike. As I mentioned it is not very big but for 3 people family would work well.

Our host, Dragan, responded very quickly, before and after our arrival. The apartment is spacious enough for a couple with a well-equipped kitchen. However, I'd recommend small things like olive oil and vinegar to be also provided. The area is quiet. It's not a paid parking zone, and there aren't many free parking lots. It's not far from the public transport.
Not much. Just to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the balcony and some issues with the remote control of the TV - things that are easy to fix.
Something that is out of the host's control is the noise from the elevator. Heard mostly while you're in the living room. Maybe the only major disadvantage of the property

Great location, free parking, friendly host.
It was too dirty, a lots of hair on carpets, we were with a baby, so purity was crucial for us.
Clogged shower drain, a rag for washing the floor was drying in the kitchen. There was no such thing as sugar in the kitchen and washing powder in the bathroom.
The dining table was wobbly and unusable.
