The Villa was clean and had everything we needed. David, the owner, was very friendly and if we needed to ask questions he replied promptly. Also, when we needed assistance, he came round very quickly and he also provided very clear instructions when we first arrived. The location was good and it was quiet. We had regular visits from a cat who was very friendly and made itself at-home sometimes. Playa Blanca was not very away it was easy to park. We recommend the Montana Roja climb. When you get to the top, the views are fantastic.
This is not a criticism, but we could not use the pedestrian gate at the front of the complex as the combination the owner gave us did not work. It wasn't an issue as we used the vehicle gate opening remote control provided for us to get back in. Therefore, I would suggest some clear instructions on how to open the pedestrian gate when coming back into the complex, including the combination. You do not need the combination when leaving.

Great house and yard for small children. Privacy was on point. And the location is great for exploring the area. Everything is well organized.
The only complaint is the very cold jacuzzi, although we paid 15 euros per day for heating. The pool was a bit better but could be a lot warmer for my taste. Also, on the day of check-out from the apartment, the host arrived before 10 am. Even though the description says it starts at 10 am. Everything else is ok.

Lovely quiet area, property was clean and well equipped.
Kids loved the pool table, football table and table tennis table.
Hammock in garden was popular.
Pool took a few days to become warm enough the kids weren’t freezing in it. We did come in December and paid the extra for heating it.

Beaucoup d'espace et de calme. Une grande piscine pour laquelle nous avons pris l'option chauffage et qui était donc très agréable avec ses 30 degrés en ce début mars. Beaucoup d'équipements avec même un airfryer ! Réactivité et amabilité des gestionnaires. La literie est confortable. L'espace de rangement est conséquent. Une semaine très agréable !
La table vitrocéramique dont je n'ai pas l'habitude....
