Hipoclub Villas, Aguamarina 30

La casa es estupenda, está en una zona muy tranquila, pero es necesario disponer de coche. La atención de Eva y Rosana excelente siempre disponibles. La terraza muy bonita con buen mobiliario.

La escalera para entrar a la piscina era muy dificultosa. El sofa es muy bajito e incomodo. Las butacas del comedor estaban bastante sucias y tuvimos que poner una sabana para sentarnos.

Outside garden area - sun on it all day, well landscaped Heated Swimming pool(at a separate cost) Spacious layout throughout, Quiet neighbourhood in general (exception of bin collection) Smart tv, nice large sofa for whole family Lovely views from balcony (could do with better furniture on it) Alarmed Walking distance to supermarket and a few restaurants at faro park Big wardrobes for cloths and storage Beach towels supplied Outdoor bbq Store room with useful things left over from previous tenants I.e floats, ball, bbq coals, fire lighters etc,

There are few points but if I’m being fussy they would be; Master bed mattress has a dip in the middle of it, so you find yourself sliding into it. We struggled to get 5 hot showers before going out of an evening. Water was cold for last shower, (20/30 mins in total and it’s gone) so you need to be a bit more strategic than we were. Balcony seems a waste of the main bedroom, it’s huge and would be nice to have some nicer furniture on there, other than 2 chairs. Kitchen is a little dated Lastly, very odd and still remains a mystery. 3-4 nights out of the 10, we heard a strange knocking sound that sounded like a bouncy ball on the roof between 3am - 7am and only between these times. We were up out of bed trying toto find what it was (even went outside, front and back) but couldn’t put our finger on it. Anyway, we had a nice relaxing stay and would recommend the villa overall.

Location of the villa is superb. Spacious swimming pool and lots of outdoor space to enjoy the sun. Nice moder finish throughout. Close to the local supermarket and restaurants. Quiet neighbourhood is what we were asking for and boy we did get it. Host were lovely, easy to contact with.

Some feature in villa needs replacing as they are getting worn out like window blinds.
