It was so bad in terms of hygene that we instantly left and got a new hotel. Still waiting for a refund and hope no one

Very easy to locate and it’s close to the tram station but very dirty

Very dirty with lots of bedbugs also the bed sheet was very dirty and also the towels,also the water have a very bad smell when hot and the staff don’t pick calls and are very bad with information I will advise not to book or go there with your kids if you want to have a very peaceful sleep because I didn’t sleep throughout the night I was there

Hello friends, don't book this hotel, they are scammers. I booked it and this is what happened to me: they gave me the wrong code for the key box and I slept in the car all night. I tried to call them, but no one answered. I wrote on the bookig chat, but there was no answer. They still withdrew money from my bank account. I want to warn everyone so that they don't scam others and steal your money, like this happened to me.

Very disappointing. Very fake

Nothing. I never slept there .I had to immediately book another hotel. It will be counted as my greatest disappointment this year. I would never recommend it. You can't recieve key they send you false codes, very dirty, you can't reach any staff.

Terrible experience, would not reccommend to anyone.

The one thing that was in favor for this hotel is the location. It is right nex to the U-Bahn, line 6 and 13. We could travel downtown pretty fast and reach our destination. The area itself is quiet too, with some restaurants nearby.

This is a terrible hotel. The rooms were smelly, with cigarettes and sweat. We had 3 rooms in total, in one of the rooms we had to flip the mattress because it was so smelly at the top. The floor was full of dust and debris. In our room the toilet still had fecal matter when we arrived, which I had to scrub. We didn't recieve any room service, even so we didn't even see any staff! The kitchen fridge was unusable as so much wierd stuff was in it. My friend's room had a small fridge but it was full of mold. The icing on the cake was that our room was full of BEDBUGS! I got around 20-25 bite spots, and now we are worried that we might have brought the bugs home with us. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We only booked it because we had no other choice unfortunately. But if you can, PLEASE try to find another place, you will regret staying here. I'm not even sure how a place like this can stay open.

I did not have even the chance to open the door as the key box was broken Two German young guys tried so much to help us they even opened the front door for us but there was no point as we did not have any of the keys. So bad experience we had to rebook in another hotel.

Comfortable and close to local transportation

I got a key for a room that was open and not clean and had to get someone to clean it ( no compensation nor an apology they just said it will be clean in 10 mins, waited for about 25 )

The room was clean, and the location is good.

There is no reception. Our room key was not inside the box, so we had to ask help from one of the other company’s worker to get the key from somewhere. He could help us, but it took a long time for him to reach the owner/worker so we could check in 2 hours later than we actually arrived to the hotel. We were sitting on the street.

It’s a reasonable stay if the rooms nearby wouldn’t be occupied. If you get it for 10€ per night it’s worth considering,

Location is Great. Basically right on top of the train station “Wilhelm-Geiger-Platz”. Also 24h check in via a key lock box located next to the entrance in the backyard.

You can hear every step of your neighbors. The apartments are located in the roof section and it sounds like there’re ghosts dancing around even in the middle of the night for some reason. It’s better than sleeping on the street but worse than in a conventional economy hotel . Also the pillows had a characteristic smell which prevented me from falling asleep (I maybe slept for 1-2hours max that night). However the staff was friendly. Overall this location has some potential if the owners are willing to modernize the interior. Also the images provided in the app look much more lovely than the room itself.

staff can’t be worse , can’t be ruder , extra fees of 30€ check in after 22:00. I was accused of smoking in the room which i never do , can’t change the room

Cleaning was very bad. When I arrived my room door was open. Somebody was sitting with shoes on my bad, was using the bathroom… hairs where everywhere…
