Broke Back Mourn Stain

One of the beds was broken but kept in such a manner that it looked like its not broken. I sat on the bed and fell down hurting myself. When I complained to the manager. He says, "Yours is a single bed. The other bed is fine" . I had not asked for a broken bed in my room. The attitude was pathetic. Moreover, the location is bad. It is outside Stuttgart.

Very cozy. This is my go-to hotel. The TV usually has some good channels. The staff are really welcoming.

We stayed during the GroBe Storing of the Duetche Bahn train system. Traveling from a week in Switzerland, but kicked off of 2 trains in the middle of nowhere, with everyone else. We had to walk quite some kilometers with all of our stuff to temporary busses and the metro...in short, a long day and night. We booked the room due to emergency circumstances. Anyway, the self-check-in was a bit stressful, at 9:30 p.m. as we did not have the code. But a local person helped us contact the Manager and we immediately received the code for our key. Also, it would be good if the wifi code is available in the room, but we could get it at Reception in the morning. I say all of the above because of the following... The absolute highlight was Emma, the morning Receptionist, and coffee provider. She is beaming with friendliness and is kind and helpful.

Design was good.

No one on reception in the night hours. Also one of the neighbors was screaming in the night, I almost thought that somebody died because of the unusual awful smell in the night. It was creepy

Maybe maybe not

The renovations was very warming. A rocking chair and big bed was nice. The cabinet was charming.

I could not get ahold of Staff. There was no front desk to check in to ask questions. Spent a long time on phone trying to figure out how to check in outside of entrance . The one cleaning lady did not understand my English and couldn't answer any questions. There are food stores and a couple pizza shops around but there was no where to store your foods or keep them cold as the rooms don't have either a microwave or a refrigerator.

Das Zimmer hat Gebrauchsspuren, aber für mich zählte die Sauberkeit.

Es gab meines Wissens kein Angebot für ein Frühstück.

Das am Morgen keine einzige Person vom Personal anzutreffen war. Ich legte den Zimmerschlüssel mit der Parkgebühr 3,50 € auf den Tresen beim Empfang.

nur eine Zimmervermietung fast ohne Service

Sehr gut waren die Lage - ruhig, aber sehr nahe an U-Bahn und Supermärkten - genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer, Fön im Bad und nettes Personal, wenn mal jemand zu sehen war. Bei uns trotz Wasen preisgünstig.

1.) Kein Frühstück! Da wird einem ein Bäcker im gleichen Gebäude empfohlen, welcher ... nicht mehr existiert. 2.) völlig ausgeleierte Türschlösser, bei denen jedes Schließen ein Glücksspiel war 3.) hellhörig 4.) kein Licht am Bett (abgebaut), im 2. Zimmer Licht im Bad auch ein Glücksspiel 5.) Kühlschrank mit Licht - aber ohne Kühlung 6.) zahlreiche Flächen unsauber 7.) Sessel sehr kippelig 8.) vorm Zimmer ein Zigarettenautomat, an dem sich nachts Gäste trafen und schwatzten, schwatzten, schwatzten... 9.) da Hotel garni: kein Abendbrot. Geht aber in der Umgebung. Dennoch: Der Begriff Hotel ist völlig unberechtigt, das vornehm-romantisch klingende vi vintage (etwa: "Zur Weinlese") kommt bei mir nur noch höhnisch an.

Sehr spartanische Austattung in der Gemeinschaftsküche. Eigendlich eine nette Idee, ein Handwerkerhostel anzubieten. Aber dann muss auch das Licht in der Küche gehen und das ganze im Angebot richtig beschrieben werden. Für den preis habe ich schon besser inklusive Frühstück gewohnt…
