Very accommodating staff and very excellent idea that they are still open to accept especially from a guest who travels by car without any exact time of arrival.Thank you so much.I will try to look for your branches to some other places if I need to book a place to stay.

Perfect option for one night stay in Stuttgart!

Excellent stay

This hostels chain is very nice for a stay in Stuttgart. Not so far from city center, the 8 beds room is very big. Very comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, staff is very helpful and welcoming. All was much than ok

overall its good (from Hostel perspective) but with some minor issues for summer months

location was good: Easy to reach by train. Room was clean. Room size was also okay. A big work area in front of desk... So overall its good with no major concern except the points mentioned in next section. Towels were given, which is some time not given in Hostels.

Suffocation in room. Even if weather outside is good, you will still feel hot as you can't open the full window.... and this is a major problem for summer month especially if its sunny outside. I feel in winter this will be fine. 2nd point: The shared kitchen need some improvement, though its an extra facility but will be a good add-on for the people who really want to use. May be one option is to provide a separate one for families staying at this hostel. 3rd point: Checkout time was relatively early. I think 12:00 noon is a better checkout time.

Generally I liked the hostel, maybe we were lucky on that day cuz we 3 stayed in a room for 6.

Calm, close to city, close to grocery store Lidl. Quite affordable price they offered compared to others. Clean beds and clean rooms.

The staff made us wait for some time for registration, but at the end we were fine.

Very high standard hostel!

Staff were super helpful organising an early check in for us. Nik at the reception desk was amazing and really helped us out! Perfect for a few nights stay in the city, so close to the tram stop.

Lowest water pressure I’ve ever had in a shower. It drizzled down the wall of the shower and couldn’t even make it to the floor. Wifi unusable. Guest kitchen did not have a toaster. House keeping constantly taking my towel without replacing it. Bathrooms not kept particularly clean, there was blood on the sink for a while. Staff did not seem very friendly. Some guests made me feel very unsafe.

Reasonable stay in very warm weather

The place is a short walking distance from the nearby S-bahn. The hostel I stayed in had clean toilets and showers and came with security lockers (own locks required). The beds were comfortable to sleep in and bed linen was provided that had to be put on by myself. the bunk beds come with plenty of side storage (in the form of a long, narrow caged space) beside the bed. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My issue listed below was resolved respectfully.

I stayed for two nights, on the first night upon checking in, showering and getting ready for bed, I realised that my beds light in the dorm and the usb-ports were not working. Upon raising this to the receptionist, they were unable to help me relocate to another room or bed as the hotel/hostel was fully booked. However, upon raising this issue on the 2nd night, I was relocated to another room with usb plugs and bed lights working fine. During the hot days, it was hard to fall asleep unless I went sleep in my underwear. My recommendation is that as these summers are not going to get any cooler in the coming years, it would be great if AC's could be installed. I sweated a lot and so did many others in the room.

The bed the mattress kept sliding out off the metal bed you need to check on that it's not easy to turn without the mattress falling off.
