The location and therefore the views were amazing. The Kitchen is obviously new and well stocked.
Lots of rules and no hot water or heating until we had read all the info! They knew we were arriving so why not put on the hot water and heating? According to Booking.com we could arrive after 3 and checkout at 10. However, we were not allowed to check in before 5pm!

The view. Also, the repair bloke was very quick and friendly when we had issues (with a complicated oven without proper instructions and a broken washing machine).
Overall, the lovely view seems to have made the owners very complacent indeed. Apart from the kitchen, the rest of the apartment looks like it hasn't been redecorated since the 1980s, or earlier. The welcome book needs to be updated (parking details are wrong, the oven stove is hard to use and various labels around the apartment are hard to see). The basement is absolutely awful and paying guests shouldn't be expected to use it, and a resident told us to be careful because of the asbestos!!! Overall, we wouldn't have stayed here if we'd known it was this poor.
