relax and comfortable.

The location of the apartment is very good, in a village where you can find everything (shop, pharmacy, bars, etc.).It is a 10-minute drive to Obereggen ski resort and a 2-minute drive to the smaller ski resort of Nova Ponente (small and cheaper). Ski bus practically in front of the building. The apartment was large for 4 people, warm, well equipped, nice view. The owners were helpful and friendly.The dog was able to stay with us, and there are great walking trails in the area. Free parking.

The furniture is antique but functional. We missed an oven or microwave in the kitchen.But that's just a small thing.

Perfect location for exploring the region

The property is located in a small town in the hills just outside Bolzano. The town has a nice restaurant, good baker and a small shop, so it works well as a base for exploring both Bolzano and the Dolomites. The apartments themselves were very comfortable and spacious, with an excellent balcony looking out onto the mountains. The owner was friendly and helpful.

There were no curtains on the windows, meaning no way of stopping the sun coming in. Not a problem for the time of year we were there, but I imagine it would make it harder to sleep in when the sun comes up earlier in summer.

Good parking, very clean including kitchen and kitchenware.

Location wasn’t as central to where we spent our time as we expected because of the hilly, curvy rural roads. Didn’t realize that two of the four beds were in the living space.

Nette Leute, gute Lage, aber Appartement in die Jahre gekommen mit teilweise billigen Kücheninventar

Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist recht einfach, Töpfe recht billig. Der Preis ist für mich etwas übertrieben.

Die Gastgeber Familie war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt.

Mehr Schein als Sein.

Das einzig Moderne an dieser Wohnung ist das renovierte Bad mit Dusche. Allerdings wurden das alte Lavabo und die abgenutzte Türe weiterverwendet und Abstellflächen finden sich sehr wenig.

Der Gastgeber sollte sich über die von ihm verwendeten Begriffe, wie "Residenz" und "Garni" informieren. Ein, wahrscheinlich aus den frühen 70-er Jahren erstelltes, 3-Stöckiges Haus, ohne Aufzug mit entsprechend alter Kücheneinrichtung ist einfach keine Residenz. Und unter "Garni" verstehe ich, dass es keine Essen gibt, sondern nur Frühstück, aber auch das gab es nicht.

عزلة جيدة في مكان كلاسيكي قديم ونظيف

اطلالة الشقة جداً لطيفة والمكان وسيع ومشرق كل مكان تدخله الشمس. الاثاث قديم لكنه نظيف جداً ومرتب. فيه دفاية في كل الغرف وموية دافئة. الملاك لطيفين وجداً متعاونين مع انهم ما يتكلمون انجليزي استقبلونا وودعونا بهدية لطيفة. القرية هادية جداً وجميلة ونظيفة وآمنة وفيها سوبر ماركت وقريبة من بولزانو.

الطريق المختصر للمكان متعب نوعاً ما وجبلي بس بعد الوصول للقرية تنسى الطريق. فيه طريق ثاني من جهة بولزانو هذا افضل واسهل من المختصر. مافيه بعض الاجهزة الكهربائية مثل المايكرويف لكن ما أثر على اقامتنا بشكل كبير. رائحة السجاير في الممر خارج الشقة كانت قوية وغير جيدة لكنها غير موجودة في الغرف والشقق.

Mysig lägenhet med fin utsikt. Parkering utanför boendet, bra sängar, mysig balkong. Värdparet va välkomnande och trevliga.

Litet kylskåp som inte höll kylan så bra. Små bord och familjen fick tyvärr inte plats att äta tillsammans på balkongen med den fina utsikten.

Buona posizione, parcheggio, zona silenziosa, appartamento spazioso.

La mancanza del bidè nel bagno, e la mancanza delle lenzuola nei letti (solo piumoni), anche se immagino che quasi tutte le strutture dell'Alto-Adige hanno queste caratteristiche.
