LOVED this hotel, facilities were great and so were the staff

Loved our stay here. The staff were superb- kind and helpful. Rooms were tidy and met our needs although a bit tight for a family of 4. Facilities were great, nice bar, loved the outdoor sauna and spa facilities, restaurant was great. Sitting on the balcony and appreciating the view was so much fun. Would love to come back.

An excellent hotel in amagical place with mesmerizing landscapes.

Christian from the reception showed us and explained all parts of the hotel,helped us a lot with excellent tips about trips in the area, and also Johanna from the hotel staff helped us with important tourist information. The breakfast was very varied and every request we made was met with a positive response.We also took advantage of the option for Dinner on site and really enjoyed the very varieed and high quality meals. Thank you Christian and Johanna !

What a beautiful hotel. From the location to services and staff, everything was just amazing. The reception, restaurant and spa personnel couldn't have been more professional ans nicer. One of the best places I've ever stayed in.

Only one thing.....hot water in the shower. The water pressure was not great and he hot water wasn't very reliable.

Great view, nice interior overall friendly staff but wouldn't go there again.

Great view from the terrace. Cleaning Staff was really great. Massage was exceptionally good. Wine recommendation at the restaurant was great. Parking was free/on site. Daily changing menu was good option. Breakfast was good and "corona" adapted with many options.

Service in restaurant was spotty. While we had great wine recommendations we had multiple times problem with the timing of the different courses, either didn't get what we asked for or it took a very long time to get main course for example. Food quality was not consistently high. Massage appointment was messed up. We were charged 20 Euro for our dog/day - not sure really why, other that they had a cushion on the floor for him, which we didn't really use. Since it is close by a main street, it can get really loud if you want to have your Windows open at night.

Lecker und gut gelegen

Großzügige Räumlichkeiten, schöner Garten und Saunabereich, sehr freundliche Personal in Bar, Restaurant und beim Frühstück. Alle Leute sehr motiviert und umgänglich, gastorientiert bis auf den Empfangsbereich. Beschwerdemanagement zählt nicht zu den Stärken des Hauses.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer über der Küche, das war leider recht laut, auch wenn das Team viel Spaß bei der Arbeit hatte, was schön ist. Unsere Bitte nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer quittierte man uns mit einem Preisaufschlag. Das vergrämte uns etwas, zumal wir unabhängig davon vorher gut konsumiert hatten. Das neue Zimmer war prima!

Un paradiso nel paradiso😃🤍 Hotel in posizione con vista incantevole. Accoglienza altamente professionale oltre che cortese e familiare allo stesso tempo. Camere pulitissime, accoglienti, ben arredate e ampie. Colazione mista bouffet/servito di altissima qualità sia per i prodotti che per la velocità ed eccellenza del servizio. Il top del piacere è stato percepito nell'assenza di plastica o prodotti monouso: ti fa sentire ancor più circondato dalla natura. Aree sauna, fitness, piscina eccellenti con la coccola aggiunta di infusi e frutta secca. Servizi compresi di splendide escursioni, inoltre mezzi pubblici con free-pass. Possibilità di pranzo e cena come si desidera (tutto di altissima qualità) Consigliatissimo Tutto il personale è stato sempre al top⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Deludente, la stanza non è da 4*S

Il personale, specialmente quello di sala, è stato gentilissimo, disponibile ed accogliente. Una menzione particolare per Esteban, davvero infaticabile ma sempre con il sorriso.

1) La stanza 111. Caldissima da subito, riferita immediatamente la situazione in reception, ci è stato cortesemente detto che la struttura era al completo. I primi due giorni di soggiorno passati insonni per il caldo, peggio che in città. Abbiamo dovuto tenere costantemente tende e finestra aperta con vasistas per far entrare aria fresca, perciò no privacy (1° piano di fatto un piano terra, con chi passa che può guardare dentro), no silenzio (rumori esterni e dalla cucina che stava proprio sotto di noi), ingresso di odori provenienti dalla medesima cucina. Un disastro. Solo il cambio del meteo ha parzialmente migliorato la situazione. 2) Camera evidentemente non rinnovata da molto, con rifiniture carenti. 3) Lo sapevamo prima di arrivare, rimane il fatto che 5 euro per una bottiglia di acqua di rubinetto da 1L è una follia.

Tutto. Soggiorno impeccabile, staff cordiale e disponibile, pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Hotel curato nei minimi dettagli in ogni suo aspetto. Area relax ottima, dotata di ogni comfort. Escursioni ben organizzate e guide preparatissime. Il pezzo forte però mi sento di dire il cibo, da ristorante stellato. Ogni sera un menù degustazione abbondante, creativo e buonissimo. Colazione anche abbondante, varia e di qualità. Una vacanza dinamica e rilassante al contempo. Ganis family una garanzia!

Toller Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit tollen Wanderungen auch direkt vom Hotel aus. Hier muss man neben dem Kirchlein links kurz steil nach oben, aber dann wird der Weg flacher. Supernettes Personal, toller Wellnessbereich und sehr leckeres Essen. Hinten im Garten darf man sogar mit dem Hund liegen. Auch im Restaurantbereich gibt es vorne Plätze für Hundebesitzer.

Die Straße am Hotel ist leider sehr stark befahren und dadurch ist es oft sehr laut. Wir fanden das aber nicht so schlimm, weil alles andere so schön war. Man sollte gleich Halbpension buchen, da es keine Restaurants in der Nähe gibt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit einem Punkt Abzug

Sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem Wellness- und Spa Bereich. Sehr schöne Zimmer und fantastische Landschaft und Aussicht auf die Dolomiten. Das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit.

Der Hund hat 30€ pro Tag gekostet, dass ist weltweit eine zusätzliche Einnahmequelle die ich nicht gut finde. Essen im Hotel sehr gut aber teuer.

Tolle Zeit ! Klare Empfehlung!

Wir können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es gibt nicht viele Hotels, wo wir wieder hingehen würden, aber in das Ganischgerhof definitiv. Das Personal war zukommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen Wir waren mit Hund dort, super ! Das Abendessen Dinner war ebenfalls hervorragend Was ich noch betonen möchte, ich hatte eine Massage geschenkt bekommen, die war spitze. Großes Lob an die Masseurin. Die Möglichkeiten zu wandern sind riesig.Man kann auch direkt vom Hotel los.

Unübertroffenes Panorama, herzlicher Service und erstklassige Wandererlebnisse!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen 4-Sterne-Alpenhotel in den Dolomiten war rundum ein Traum! Die Lage ist durch das atemberaubende Panorama einfach unschlagbar. Die Stadt Bozen ist nur eine halbe Autostunde entfernt. Hier empfiehlt sich ein Besuch im Archäologischen Museum, das die berühmte Ötzi-Mumie beherbergt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die familiäre und lockere Atmosphäre des Hotels. Der Service ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Nach unseren Wanderungen konnten wir im schönen Wellness- und Saunabereich super entspannen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ebenfalls ein Highlight: Eine Auswahl an frischen und hochwertigen Produkten, bei der aber trotzdem der Umweltgedanke nicht zu kurz kommt. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt wird. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal für Wanderer. Viele Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Tür oder sind mit einer kurzen, kostenlosen Busfahrt für Hotelgäste zu erreichen. Ein absolutes Muss sind die geführten Wanderungen von Ernst! Er ist eine wandelnde Enzyklopädie und hat die Wanderungen mit seinem geologischen und historischen Wissen über die Dolomiten noch einmal auf ein ganz neues Niveau gehoben. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit wunderschönen Blick auf den Rosengarten. Personal sehr freundlich und nett und zuvorkommend. Toller Wellnessbereich mit vielen Saunen und Dampfbädern. Frühstück war sehr gut. Abendessen auch super.

Leider kein Aufschnitt- und Käsebüffet. Stattdessen serviert. War aber trotzdem sehr lecker.
