    Location is excellent. All areas are keep tidy n clean. Small kitchen and dining area and common area are well keep and clean. Please provide spaces for hanging clothes.(although dryer with fees are available).

    Good location . Rooms are clean , comfortable common sitting area was good and comfortable Shower n toilets are usually clean and not too clamps No clothes hanging or drying area but dryer with charge are available. Hope will improve Good to have common refrigerator and dinning area.

    I was a pilgrim looking to drop my backpack off early as I arrived before check in. However there was a sign on the locked front door that said the only access was with a code that would come in an email. No such email ever came. After three unresponded messages from me to them, I was forced to wait outside until I saw someone leave. When they did show. they said, they weren't allowed to let me in and I need to press a buzzer. ( I did that several times earlier). This time they buzzed me in and couldn't have been more indifferent to my situation. Once I checked in there were probably a dozen signs throughout saying they were not responding for anything that goes missing. So between the locked front door and all the signs. theft must be a big concern. SO if you do book there, be careful. I will never be back. What a terrible experience.
