as da mai multe stele decat 5. cea mai frumoasa locatie in care am fost pana acum din Romania si nu numai! standarde inalte , totul curat ,personal care te trateaza exceptional. o sa revenim cu mare drag.

Szuper hely, mindenféle szabadidős programmal. A szálloda tiszta, a reggeli is rendben van, gyönyörű panoráma, gyakorlatilag egy mini város. Ottlétünket sajnos nem tudtuk teljesen kitölteni, családi okok miatt. Természetesen ezt a saját veszteségünknek tudtuk be, azonban a szálloda nagyon rendes volt, a maradék éjszakákat egy voucherben megkaptuk tőlük, amit ezúton is köszönünk. Összességében a wonderland név abszolút passzol a helyhez. Családosoknak különösen jó választás lehet.

A kültéri medence fizetős, a szállodai vendégeinek pedig semmilyen kedvezmény nincs.

The final small room we got was ok as it had a carpet and was quiet. Had a large parking in the shadows.

Quite a long list: the 5 star hotel had no lights at night at the entrance, used my phone to light the way to the lift while on top of us was a giant candelabre which was not working…maybe the hotel flamboyant style was not aligned with mine but was too much for my taste…the coffee at the breakfast was not at your disposal, the restaurant room was like in a wedding and tv screens were playing an infinite loop same promo material for the hotel every 5 min, and same music, I still see those images in my head…the games room was completely ruined (billiard, darts) and inside smelled like detergent. We received no complementary water, not even at the so called 5 stars hotel, we should have consumed the one from mini fridge but there was no mini fridge at well! and although we were staying at the hotel with the pool outside in front we had to pay to get in, guests had to pay! Meaningless to say it was also my birthday but no one at hotel noticed, I spent all day moving around to find a decent room to stay as I could not be reimbursed or get anything back… We got moved from our initial room to a penthouse which was not suited for kids as it was all dark marble and a living room with transparent windows where anyone from the common balcony could look inside…we got finally moved in a smaller room which was decent although on the balcony there were lots of neighbors smoking in their jacuzzi’s so wasn’t a pleasant view or surrounding. Never again, all experiences was just bad…
