Room was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms had been freshly remodeled. AC worked well and we were provided plenty of water bottles and clean towels during our stay. Location is also very convenient to walk, tuk tuk, or taxi to many tourists destinations in Chiang Mai.
It is situated off of the main road, so if your room is facing the road it can be a little bit noisy, but something you can get used to. Also, no elevator only stairs, but only 3 levels so it was not a problem for us.

Room Space.
Hotel location. Surrounding with local cafe shops, street foods, convenience stores, and some nice attractions. Overall look is acceptable.
Room location. I got the ground floor and it's a bit noisy at night. The room is a bit untidy with an unfinished door closing giving the feeling of unsafety. There's no room shoes.

It was quiet.
I asked for a room far from other guests & the lady gave us the furthest room away from other guests 👌🏼
There is a nice food place outside called zohng coffee .
-Needs deep cleaning.
-Lots of spider webs on the ceiling.
-Dirty walls.
-Empty Plastic bottles stored in the plants outside the rooms 🤦♀️
-The AC is located right infront of the bed- so it was not comfortable to sleep as it got cold very quickly
