The Flat is a superb three-storey apartment located in the heart of Barnard Castle, Teesdale. With accommodation across three floors, including a first floor king-size bedroom and a twin with en-suite, a second floor shower room, along with a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, the property can sleep four people. On the ground floor is the property's access along with a utility room, while outside you'll find off road parking for one car, with a permit provided (£1 fee when first arrive and permit for rest of stay). Set in the heart of this historic market town, The Flat offers couples an array of attractions and amenities on the doorstep.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent.
