Difficult to give an objective view of this stay . The property is ok and superbly located in a residential area within walking distance if the shops and facilities with a bus stop right outside giving easy access to the Northern beaches and Sydney Ferries via Manley. However there is a major building project right next door with work starting before 7-00 a.m.and continuing throughout the day with a great deal of noise and
Dust. Impossible to relax in the day. This will presumably cease in a few months when the building is completed.There are two other properties being built across the road as well which contribute to the noise level. The property is “basic” rather than luxurious but the location will eventually make up for this.The owner has responded positively to our concerns and will no doubt be ensuring that all is good in due course..
