Located on the hill above the Manly lagoon. Walking distance to Freshwater or Manly beaches. Apartment is small but clean and very good value for the Manly area. Very limited onsite parking but we had no trouble parking in the street ( no time restrictions) in June ( winter). Not sure if parking is ok in Summer. Has a small but functional kitchen with fridge, kettle and microwave and clean modern bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Keys in lockbox to allow self check in / check out.
Located up two flights of stairs which was ok for us but might be a problem for people with heavier cases or mobility issues. Heating is limited to one column oil heater which takes a while to heat the room but does a surprisingly good job maintaining the heat. Leave bedroom and bathroom doors open if you like those rooms to be heated as well as lounge room. (There is a free standing aircon in bedroom for Summer )

Excellent communication with host, answered all queries within a few minutes. Easy to understand entry instructions. Clean place, quiet neighbourhood. Had everything you might need in the small kitchen.
A few more towel racks, no lighter or matches to get the gas cook top going. Get in early if you are looking for a car park. Small unit. We did walk to the beach, took a while.
