Private Manly Suite at ILUKA

The apartment was very nice and clean in a beautiful old town house. Matthew was a lovely host to us and we had a very nice chat with him. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood and you can reach Manly Corso/wharf with a 10 min walk.

A quiet, exceptionally clean, peaceful sanctuary that gave me a chance to rest. Great location for Manly beach and shopping precinct. My host Matthew was thoughtful and kind. He also makes an exceptional coffee!

Matthew is a fantastic host. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He went above and beyond by helping us find the best taxi for our early morning flight, which we really appreciated. The accommodation was tidy and exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

The shower was a little on the small side, and having a TV in the room would have been a nice addition to relax with after a long day walking at the beach.

Much character. Clean and well presented.

Parking our car was potentially an issue. We didn’t stay at this property that we had rented for the three nights. We left after thirty minutes, and are dissatisfied that we were not offered, at the least, the paid, included cleaning fee in return. Our age being the primary factor of not be able able to remain for the planned and organized three nights. Bare ‘floor board’ flooring in the bedroom was one issue due to the very cold night. The requirement of parking our car a few long streets away, would have been a health issue for me, as would have been the 1920s wooden stairs, which takes years down to the common lounge area and kitchen. Lack of comfortable seating in the bedroom and lack of a television would have been inconvenient, due to the weekend of the presentation of Logie awards (we had a connection to this event and realized we would be missing it).
