About this house rental
Summary:
Welcome to "Gracious life". A charming and stylish home loc. in the heart of the Park Ave area. Gracious life was meticulously designed by a top well known designer. The perf. location for you to chill and unwind or get out explore the many amazing restaurants, cafes, shops and so much more, just a quick 5 min walk or jump on 1 of our 2 provided bicycles and explore everything the area has to offer!
Great location with quick access to I 490, 10 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes to downtown.
The Space:
The first floor is set for entertaining. It consists of the living room, kitchen, half bath and eat in kitchen. The second floor has 2 bedrooms at opposite ends with super comfy king size beds and a full bath in the middle. The third floor has a queen bed with attached private full bathroom.
The Neighborhood:

Other Things to Note:
Private parking with one garage spot available if needed. The driveway is a tight squeeze if going all the way to the back, but you will fit... H1 Hummers probably will not!

The house is very well appointed, with great air conditioning and modern furnishings. We really appreciated all the snacks and coffee that were complimentary as well. The host was responsive via VRBO messaging system and it was quite easy to check in. It’s also in a lovely neighborhood where you can walk to shops and restaurants easily.

My wife and I plus our daughter and her partner loved staying here. The house was on a super-quiet alley of homes. The alley connects to a sidestreet in a neighborhood of other charming homes filled with people that probably love the Park Avenue commercial district as much as we do. This place was cleaner than my personal house and my wife and I have high standards for cleanliness. As the pictures show, this home has been renovated thoughtfully and comprehensively. It was stunningly modern and stylish. The kitchen had newer appliances, with cool looking silverware, lots of glasses, plates, and bowls, and unexpected perks like fruit, wine, cheese, waters, sodas, and salty and sweet snacks (who else does that?). The furnishings and decor were attractive and comfortable. We enjoyed a 500-piece puzzle and had our stay been longer, we would have enjoyed some of the board games. We used the propane grill for dinner and for the next time we visit, we will make a point of enjoying the back patio furniture and fire pit. The two full baths were well supplied with towels, soap, and lotion and the first-floor half bath was convenient. The driveway to the detached garage in back was narrow, but we kept a Corolla and Forester in the drive just fine. Tim was a perfect host, quickly responding to questions. I encourage others to stay at this special place and hope that you enjoy it as much as my family did.

Great house and location for our week in Rochester. Tim was responsive and very courteous to our needs. We would definitely recommend the house to those in the area!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful updated modern home. It was extremely clean and inviting. The host went out of his way and provide everything we would need to make us feel at home. The location is close to all the restaurants, shops, and bars. It was so nice to park the car and walk everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be back!
