Modern 4 BR/2 Bath House near University of Rochester

The hosts really stepped up and help us get a last minute stay here. The house was lovely, clean, and spacious - parking was easy, and our family in the area could easily stop by and visit too. We would absolutely stay here or anywhere from this host again. Thanks again for a great stay!

Host was easy to communicate with. The house is located in a great and easy to access area, with off-street parking. It felt very safe. There have clearly been some recent renovations and upgrades. But the house does not quite feel homey yet. There is not enough furniture in the LR for everyone to watch TV at once. Still, an easy base for accessing all things Rochester has to offer.

Great home in Rochester for our family of five adults. Plenty of space for all of us- huge bedrooms upstairs, two full baths and a spacious kitchen with a table big enough for the whole family.

The house looked exactly as it was listed, and the property was nice and very clean on the inside. There were 7 of us and we selected this house because of the size with 4 good sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. However, outside 2 bags of trash had been left in the driveway and were torn apart by animals, so garage was strewn about. When I text the property manager about this upon our arrival, he told me that he would have the cleaner come by “after” we checked out. Someone did come by and put 1 bag of trash in the garbage tote, but left 1 bag and the other trash still on the ground. Upon further examination I saw lots of trash around the whole house that looked to have been there for ages, so no one was taking care of the outside, which is too bad because it’s in a very nice neighborhood. Lastly, all of the beds were the hard foamy kind and not that comfortable for us. Difficult sleeping. We would not rent again.
