Awesome centrally located Park Ave gem! Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, museums, CVS, 7-11, and Bank. Our home has off street parking and is a quiet oasis directly off the main drag. This is the ideal space for up to 6 people; Includes a backyard patio, grill, fire pit & covered front porch. Home built in late 1800s w/ character and all modern conveniences.

Stairs to upstairs bedrooms and landing are steep, recommended to use banister for guest safety.

There are two full size bathrooms complete with plush bath linens, hairdryer and first aid kit. 1 first floor bathroom located off the kitchen and 1 second floor bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need for whipping up tasty meals for the whole group, including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a Keurig, Coffee pot and all the basic kitchen essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Enjoy meals together at the kitchen table with seating for 6. Dishwasher is available - few pods will be provided.
There is a stocked coffee bar with assorted coffee grounds/K-cups and creamer. Salt, pepper, and various spices are also included!

Full size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen. Iron and ironing board available. Few pods will be provided for guest use

We provide complimentary hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher/laundry pods, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration. We do not provide shower shampoo, conditioner or body soap.
The drive to the house is accessible with GPS
Please note there is a Ring security camera located at the front of the house facing the parking and entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property

There are not too many places I ever think I would definitely book again but this place is the exception! I chose it for the location to my daughters’s school (Eastman School of Music), my mom’s need to have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, the parking and proximity to good restaurants. In fact, the restaurants were so delicious and affordable and within walking distance that we actually never cooked during our one week stay. The kitchen had enough space and was stocked well enough to cook but we chose not to. Communication with our hosts was easy, friendly and we found them very responsive. Check out was great as we didn’t have to take out the trash or wash and put away all the dishes like most places. Keyless entry was easy. I will say that the stairs were the steepest I’ve ever seen so I was a little nervous using them but I survived, lol. The door knobs were very loose but I didn’t feel the need to close my bedroom door all the way nor my upstairs bathroom as it was just my mom and I. There are two bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom. I chose the bedroom where I didn’t need to walk a few stairs down and back up in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom. That seemed very unsafe for me but then again I can be a klutz. The living room was cute and the television was easy to operate. I did have to reset the WiFi to make it work. Once working, it was quick and stable. We look forward to staying here again next year!!!

So close to almost everything for walking. Could easily ride a bike to the closest Wegman’s. Quiet the entire stay. Would definitely stay again.

Quaint home in quiet city neighborhood, close to restaurants, retail, major highways and parks. Home was super clean and updated appropriately - well decorated and stocked. Hosts were perfect and clear with communication. Would definitely stay again!
