Amazing Bay Views 25 min. drive to the beach

We stayed at Ruben’s place while waiting for our home to be built. We had everything in storage, but not to worry, if we needed something, Ruben had it available in the unit! We had family in town and wanted to go to Anna Maria Island for a day at the beach. Ruben had umbrellas, 4 new beach chairs, a big cooler on wheels and a boogie board. The kitchen is Clean and fully stocked with whatever you need to cook a big breakfast or a fancy dinner. There’s a large washer & dryer, not some tiny efficiency unit you can’t even wash a set of sheets in, and he provides detergent and dryer sheets. The Beds are great, nice and firm! Plenty of different pillows, too! Forgot your shampoo and conditioner? He has some available. He even had Poo-pourri in case nature calls and you have a get-together in the living room lol Netflix and Amazon Prime are provided, internet password is on the back of the router and it works great. We know because my husband has had to do business while staying here and not once had it faltered. One day the AC unit gave out, started getting warm in the condo, so we called Ruben and *within the hour* men from an AC company came to fix it. This is a beautiful resort with a golf course and country club. We didn’t have time to try it out, but it is pretty and lots of friendly folks on their golf carts. My husband used the pool and he said it was nice, there was some sort of water aerobic class going on while he was there. Dinner and fun in St.Pete’s is a 20 min ride away! Now let me tell you about the peace and quiet this condo gives you… There is a beautiful view of Terra Ceia Bay right outside the window. You can relax in the screened porch reading a book, sit outside on the comfortable Adirondack chairs on the deck, or lie in bed and watch the sun set. If you love serene walks, there’s a walking path on the boardwalk right outside the unit that leads to the long fishing dock. Despite the path being behind the building, there is plenty of space between you and it. Not once had I had to shut the blinds or felt someone was peering in on us. I was a little hesitant visiting Ruben’s place *Only* because this unit is new and not many reviews, but he made sure to live up to his listing, which he has, and definitely provided more. Overall, this has been a wonderful stay, and when we needed a bit longer, he was able to provide that, too. Welcome to your home away from home :) Thank you, Ruben
