For those of you needing in the Sarasota Bradenton area, this cottage is great. The house has all the modern amenities, a very nice kitchen, two spacious bathrooms and 3 large beds to choose from. There is plenty of parking, the property is in a very quiet neighborhood and there is no traffic to speak of. Lastly, Jena the host was very helpful when I had any questions. I will rent again for sure ...

They home was very clean. The host was very gracious and very responsive. We had no problems whatsoever. Just had a question about check in and check out which the host got back to us extremely promptly. The home is convenient to shopping and groceries. Close to beaches and entertainment. Would definitely stay again. Very much enjoyed our stay and very much Enjoyed the home.
