Easy check in. Host was very responsive to messages. We had a wonderful stay, we loved the backyard space. Would definitely recommend this property!

There were 6 of us staying, and even though it was only for a couple of days, it was delightful. The location was excellent and easily walkable to the Marina and restaurants. I would have loved to have stayed longer, but our time was limited. It was a charming place and very comfortable.

Nicely laid out. Plenty of room for everyone. Floors were soft in many places. Master bath needs maintenance, has a musty smell. Previous guests locked guest bathroom so we did not have access to it. Someone came to fix it but was late and would have been extensive so opted for them to wait and not tear apart doorframe during our stay. Only one golf ball was there. A case was sent via Amazon to correct the issue but was not able to use them. Kitchen lacks resources such as baking dishes and mixing bowls, measuring cups. Did have kcups and some seasonings. Could have been cleaner. Spider/dust webs in areas. Dirty sponge was left for us to use in kitchen. No kitchen towels. Popcorn, 2 bottles of water and fruit snacks were left which was a nice thing that our daughter loved. We had a visit from the tax collector looking for the owner which was interesting. We did love the area. Nice walk to marina. We went to dinner at Mila’s on the Manatee. I highly DO NOT recommend going there. Food was subpar and so was service.
